回路装置を示す斜視図、第１図ｂは部分拡大図、
第２図は従来の混成集積回路装置を示す斜視図で
ある。 図において、１はセラミツク基板、２は実装部
品、３はリードフレーム、４は外装樹脂、５は熱
可塑性樹脂を素材とするブロツク体、６はマーキ
ングインキである。なお、図中同一符号は同一、
または相当部分を示す。

- 部品が実装されたセラミツク基板へ外装コーテ
イングされた混成集積回路装置において、前記外
装コーテイング表面へ熱可塑性樹脂を素材とした
ブロツク体を熱圧着させ、前記ブロツク体へホツ
トスタンプでマーキングしたことを特徴とする混
成集積回路装置。
