接触させて該電子部品と共に絶縁基板にねじを用
いて取付ける放熱器の取付け構造において、前記
絶縁基板には位置決め穴を備え、前記放熱器には
前記位置決め穴の形状に適合させ且つ前記ねじに
対し間隔を置いて折曲形成した係止突片を設け、
該係止突片を前記位置決め穴に挿入し前記放熱器
を前記絶縁基板に位置決め係止することを特徴と
