めた状態、第４図は断線状態の図である。第５図
及び第６図は従来例の温度ヒユーズの断面図を示
し、第５図は第１図に、第６図は第２図に相当す
る図である。 １……可溶合金、１ａ……途中部、１ｂ……両
端部、１ｃ……酸化皮膜、１ｄ……両側部分、１
ｅ……途中部分、２……リード線、３……活性剤
、４……溶け落ち空間、５……保護ケース。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一定の温度で溶け落ちる可溶合金１の両端に、
    それぞれリード線２，２の各端部を接続し、可溶
    合金１の外周面を活性剤３で被覆し、活性剤３の
    外周を溶け落ちる空間４を空けて保護ケース５で
    覆い、保護ケース５の両端部を各リード線２，２
    に固定して構成した温度ヒユーズにおいて、 可溶合金１の途中部１ａの断面積を通電容量に
    必要な標準断面積に設定するのに対し、 この途中部１ａの両端部１ｂ，１ｂの断面積を
    標準断面積よりも大きい断面積に設定して、 構成したことを特徴とする温度ヒユーズ。
