Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流入力を整流し、イオンレーザ管に流す直流
    電流を一定に保つ定電流回路を有する直流電源と
    、前記直流電源によつて放電するイオンレーザ管
    とを有するイオンレーザ装置において、前記直流
    電源が前記イオンレーザ管のスタート直後からあ
    る一定時間の間、必要なレーザ出力を得るために
    設定された電流よりも、ある設定された電流だけ
    多い放電電流を前記イオンレーザ管に流そうとす
    る寿命判定電流発生回路と、前記寿命判定電流発
    生回路による前記イオンレーザ管の放電の有無を
    検出する検出抵抗と、前記検出抵抗の出力信号の
    有無によつて起動する比較増幅器と、前記比較増
    幅器の出力信号によつてアラームを発生させるア
    ラーム発生回路とを備えていることを特徴とする
    イオンレーザ装置。
