Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 付着層を表面に有する試料に向かつて放射線を
出射する放射線源と、上記放射線を受けた試料か
らのＸ線を検出するＸ線検出器とを備え、このＸ
線検出器での検出結果に基づいて付着層の付着量
を測定する付着量測定器であつて、 上記放射線源から試料までの光路外に設定され
た第１の位置と、上記放射線の光路に設定された
第２の位置とに選択的にセツト可能に設けられ、
上記第２の位置において上記放射線の一部をカツ
トするフイルタと、 このフイルタの第１および第２の位置にそれぞ
れ対応する第１および第２の検量線のうち、上記
フイルタの位置に応じて選択されたいずれか一方
の検量線と上記Ｘ線検出器での検出結果に基づい
て付着層の付着量を演算する演算手段とを備えた
付着量測定器。
