Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. X線を発生するためのX線源と、X線が照射さ
    れる試料を載置する試料台と、試料より発生する
    蛍光X線を検出する検出器、X線源と試料台との
    間に設けられたシヤツタ装置、および、コリメー
    タからなる蛍光X線膜厚計において、前記シヤツ
    タ装置は、シヤツタ本体と、シヤツタ本体に内蔵
    されるシヤツタを膜厚測定状態と膜厚非測定状態
    とに切換える切換機構とを有し、かつ、上記シヤ
    ツタは、校正板と、膜厚測定時にX線をコリメー
    タへ導く測定用導入孔と、膜厚非測定時にX線を
    上記校正板に導く校正用導入孔とを具備したこと
    を特徴とする蛍光X線膜厚計。
