試料ごとの温度分布を示す温度曲線図である。 図において、１は試料室、２は扉、３は熱交換
器、４は送風用フアン、５は供給口、Ｍはフアン
駆動モータ、６は排出口、７は機器室、８は温度
センサ、９はルーバ、１０は試料棚、１０ａは棚
、１１は試料、１２，１２ａ〜１２ｄはフアン、
１３は延長アーム、１４は取り付け孔、１５，１

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 恒温槽の試料室内に、温度制御された空気が供
給され、該試料室内を通過して排出される構造の
恒温槽において、 試料載置用の棚１０ａを複数段有する試料棚１
０を、試料室１内に設け、 該試料棚１０の内部に向かつて水平方向の空気
流を発生させるように、フアン１２が試料棚１０
の内部に向かつて配置され、 しかも、該フアン１２は、試料棚１０の近傍の
前後左右の少なくとも１か所に配設されてなるこ
とを特徴とする恒温槽。
