  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スリツト光またはパターン光を測定対象物に照
    射させ、測定対象物からの反射光をテレジカメラ
    で入力することにより得られる距離情報を用いて
    前記測定対象物の３次元座標計測を行うようにし
    たレンジフアインダにおいて、 前記スリツト光またはパターン光を投射する投
    光装置と、 この投光装置からのスリツト光またはパターン
    光が投射された前記測定対象物からの反射光の像
    を受像する光学系と、 この光学系により受像された反射光の像を撮像
    する撮像素子と、 前記測定対象物を回転させる回転機構と、 この回転機構の回転角を検出する回転角検出機
    構と、 前記撮像素子に撮像された像から座標を求める
    ための画像処理を行う画像処理機能を有する演算
    装置を設けた構成としたことを特徴とするレンジ
    フアインダ。
