Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 薬液充填容器１の搬送装置４と、当該容器１の
凍結槽２と、凍結槽２を覆う放熱防護ケース３と
、防護ケース３内を強制排気する強制排気装置５
とから構成され、 放熱防護ケース３の凍結室６内に前後に長い凍
結槽２を配置し、凍結槽２の左右の上壁７を放熱
防護ケース３の上壁内面８に接近させて臨ませ、
凍結槽２に液化窒素を充填し、放熱防護ケース３
の上部１０に搬送装置４の搬送路１１を前後方向
に設け、 送風路１２に送風機１３を介装して前記強制排
気装置５を構成し、送風路１２の吸風部１４を上
記放熱防護ケース３の凍結室６に接続し、 搬送装置４により、搬送路１１に沿つて送られ
た容器１を凍結槽２に浸漬して薬液を連続凍結可
能に構成するとともに、液化窒素が薬液で加温さ
れて生じた窒素ガスを凍結室６から送風路１２を
経て外部に強制排気するように構成したことを特
徴とする液化窒素による薬液連続凍結装置。
