(発明が解決しようとする課題)
上記した従来の差圧シール装置は、長尺薄帯をガイドロ

ントのシール面の加工を高い精度で行なうと共に取付は
精度良く該シーリングアタッチメントを取付け、該シー
ル面と長尺薄帯との隙間を小さくしなければならず製作
性が悪い等の問題があった。この隙間は、長尺薄帯の温
度が100〜400℃程度まで上げられることがあるこ

減少し、圧力差を確保するために小型の真空ポンプで効
率的に行え、設備が安価で運転コストを削減でき、シー
リングアタッチメントのシール面の加工精度やその取付
は精度を高くする必要がないので、製作、組立てが容易
