Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 後部座席を有する車両用の助手席であつて、
    助手席を前後方向に移動する移動手段を備えるも
    のにおいて、助手席の乗員の有無を検知する助手
    席乗員検知手段と、後部座席の乗員の有無を検知
    する後部座席乗員検知手段とを設けると共に、後
    部座席に乗員が着座し且つ助手席に乗員がいない
    とき前記移動手段を助手席が前側に移動するよう
    に作動する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする車
    両用の助手席装置。 ２ ヘツドレストを有する助手席において、助手
    席の乗員の有無を検知する助手席乗員検知手段と
    、後部座席の乗員の有無を検知する後部座席乗員
    検知手段とを設けると共に、ヘツドレストを前側
    に傾動する傾動手段を設け、さらに後部座席乗員
    が着座し且つ助手席に乗員がいないとき前記傾動
    手段をヘツドレストが前側に傾動するように作動
    する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする車両用の
    助手席装置。
