    らの操作に基づいて阻止する回動動作阻止手段と
    、 前記機器本体の前記ホルダーからの離脱を阻止
    するとともに、前記ハンドルの回動によつて離脱
    阻止が解除される離脱阻止手段と を具備することを特徴とするハンドル装置。
