１図のキヤツプを装着した場合の−線におけ
る断面図、第３図は従来の混成集積回路のキヤツ
プを除いた場合の上面図、第４図は第３図のキヤ
ツプを装着した場合の−線における断面図で
ある。 図において、１は主面上に周辺回路が形成され
た誘電体基板、２は放熱フイン、３はキヤツプ、
４は半導体チツプ、５は信号ライン、６はバイア
ス回路、７はスルーホール、８は信号端子、９は
バイアス端子、１０は支柱を示す。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

- 周辺回路がパターンニングされた誘電体基板、
半導体チツプ、放熱フイン及びキヤツプを備えた
混成集積回路において、グランドパターン面上等
に支柱を設け、キヤツプの薄型、小型化を行つた
ことを特徴とする混成集積回路。
