- フレキシブル配線板にＩＣチツプを、いわゆる
ギヤングボンデイングにより接合し、その後モー
ルドして製造されるＴＡＢに於いて、該フレキシ
ブル配線板に予め設けられているＩＣチツプ用の
穴が、四角形形状をしていないことを特徴とする
ＴＡＢの実装構造。
