    ヤングボンデイングにより接合し、その後モール
    ドして製造されるＴＡＢに於いて、該フレキシブ
    ル配線板に設けられているＩＣチツプ用の四角形
    形状をした穴の四隅に、該フレキシブル配線板上
    に配線され、かつＩＣチツプと接続されない又は
    、直接接続されないオーバーハングパターンが設
    けられていることを特徴とするＴＡＢの実装構造
    。
