- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の半導体ペレツトがマウントされたプリン
ト基板をアイランド部に貼り合わせ、外部導出リ
ードと上記プリント基板の導電パターンとをワイ
ヤボンデイングした後樹脂モールドパツケージン
グしてなる半導体装置において、 上記アイランド部に外部導出リードに対応する
凹部を形成し、該凹部に上記外部導出リードの延
設された一端を進入させてアイランド部およびプ
リント基板の少なくとも一方と近接かつ絶縁して
接着したことを特徴とする半導体装置。
