するにある。Conventional hook and loop fasteners are not flame retardant, so
It is difficult to apply it to applications that require flame resistance, such as seats and interiors for automobiles, aircraft, and trains, interiors and furniture of hotels, halls and department stores used by the public, etc. Hook-and-loop fasteners used in such applications can be treated with flame retardants1, but if the amount of flame retardants added is increased to improve flame retardancy, the flame retardants usually sublimate or volatilize during use. Glass surfaces become cloudy due to substances, so-called "
Fogging becomes a problem. However, if a flame retardant that does not cause 7-oging is used, the flexibility after flame retardant treatment will be impaired and the retention function of the hook-and-loop fastener will be reduced, and if the retention is repeated or bending is applied, the flame retardant will fall off. There are problems such as loss of flame retardant effect. The present inventors investigated the fogging values of surface 7 aseners coated with various flame retardants, and found that the surface fasteners coated with a specific flame retardant retain their flame retardancy even after repeated use over a long period of time. The present invention was achieved based on the discovery that the retention function of the hook-and-loop fastener was small. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to achieve both flexibility and flame retardancy,
Another object of the present invention is to provide a flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener with improved fogging properties.

It is a flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener with a weight of 1 to 2.0 mg. Further, the present invention provides a resin composition containing a flame retardant or a fibrous sheet containing the resin composition on the back side of a hook-and-loop fastener, and a fogging value of 0.1 to 2.0 mg.
This is a flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener. Such flame-retardant hook-and-loop fasteners are used, for example, in automobiles, trains,
Vehicle interior parts, skin materials, seats, etc. that require flame retardancy for ships, aircraft, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "vehicle use")
Fixing carpets, etc., fixing exhibits on walls or panels, fixing wall coverings or ceiling materials, sofa-1
It is preferably used for fixing covers to furniture such as chairs and beds. The hook-and-loop fastener used in the present invention has a loop-shaped retention element obtained by weaving and weaving fibers such as polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, polyolefin fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, acrylic fibers, and regenerated cellulose fibers. Even if it is a female hook-and-loop fastener, the male hook-and-loop fastener is made of knitted or woven material that has a hook-like engagement element that engages with the female hook-and-loop fastener, or a thermoplastic resin such as polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, or hardened. It may also be a molded male hook-and-loop fastener obtained by plasticizing a plastic resin. Moreover, a group of embedded elements for embedding in the molded body may be provided on other surfaces of the base material as necessary. The fogging value of the flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention is 0.1~
It is 2.0 mg. When the fogging value reaches 2.0 mg, it not only causes fogging on glass and metal surfaces, but also
It softens the material that makes up the hook-and-loop fastener and reduces its retention function. Furthermore, if the amount is 0.1 mg, the hook-and-loop fastener will be hardened and its bending resistance and repeated engagement functionality will be reduced. 7 Ogging value used for flame retardant hook-and-loop fasteners 0.1-2
.. For 0 mg of flame retardant, a flame retardant that has substantially no fluidity at room temperature and a flame retardant that is substantially liquid at room temperature are combined in a composition ratio of 1:
O, used in a mixture in the range of 1 to 1.0. A flame retardant alone, which has virtually no fluidity at room temperature, will harden the hook-and-loop fastener, impairing its engagement properties and bending resistance. In addition, excessive use of flame retardants, which are essentially liquid at room temperature, may soften the binder resin and other constituent materials of the hook-and-loop fastener, reducing its retention function, reducing color fastness, and causing migration. This is not preferable because it increases the fogging property. In addition, it is preferable to use a liquid flame retardant having a high boiling point or decomposition point of at least 180° C. at ordinary pressure, a flame retardant that is liquid at ordinary temperature and sticks to the object to be treated, and the like. Examples of flame retardants include organic phosphate esters,
1 selected from organic phosphites, halogen-containing organic phosphates, halogen-containing organic layer phosphates, condensates of these compounds, organic halogen compounds, etc.
or more than one type of flame retardant. The flame retardant can be applied to the hook-and-loop fastener by dipping or coating the hook-and-loop fastener in a solution or dispersion of the flame retardant, or a composition solution in which a binder resin is added. , a flame-retardant resin composition obtained by adding to a solution or dispersion of a resin mainly composed of an elastic resin such as acrylic resin, acrylonitrile-butan, diene-based resin, or silicone-based elastic resin, or the above-mentioned flame-retardant resin. A method for forming a flame-retardant resin layer or a flame-retardant fibrous layer by impregnating a fabric such as a woven fabric, knitted fabric, or non-woven fabric with the composition and applying the obtained fibrous sheet to the back side of a hook-and-loop fastener. and so on. The amount of flame retardant applied is determined by the effect of the flame retardant used, but it is 15 to 10
0g/m" is appropriate. The fogging value in the present invention is as shown in FIG. A glass plate (9) is placed in the chamber and sealed, and a cooler (10) for cooling the glass plate is brought into contact with the top of the glass plate. Then, the glass plate is heated to a temperature of 100± 0.5°ci = 16 hours to allow the substances generated from the sample to adhere to the glass plate, and this is the value expressed in weight (mg) of the adhered substance (DIN 75201)
. Next, an example of an article to which the flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention is bonded will be explained with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of an article in which a flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener impregnated with a flame retardant is joined by adhesive bonding, sewing, ultrasonic or high-frequency welding, etc.
The figure is a cross-sectional view of an article in which a flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener is bonded with a flame-retardant resin composition layer containing a flame retardant or a fibrous layer impregnated with the flame-retardant resin composition on the back side of the hook-and-loop fastener. 3 is a hook-and-loop fastener made of a loop-shaped retaining element; 4 is a hook-and-loop fastener made of a hook-shaped engagement element; 5 is a flame retardant; and 6 is a resin layer containing a flame retardant or a flame retardant. 。Next, the flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention will be explained using examples. In addition, the groups and percentages in the examples refer to weight unless otherwise specified. Example 1 A knitted hook-and-loop fastener with an average weight of 350 g/m'' was made by knitting polyester fibers and yarns for loop-shaped engaging elements were formed on one side, and after dyeing, this hook-and-loop fastener was dyed with a dichloropropyl phosphate condensate. The material was immersed in a 10% emulsion of a flame retardant composition containing a brominated organic compound and a brominated organic compound, squeezed and dried to provide a flame retardant with an average adhesion amount of 21 g/m''. Next, organic phosphate ester condensation flame retardant 3
1.5 parts of colorant, 15 parts of non-yellowing polyurethane, and 80.5 parts of mixed solvent.A polyurethane composition solution consisting of 1.5 parts of colorant, 15 parts of non-yellowing polyurethane, and 80.5 parts of mixed solvent was applied to the back side of the hook-and-loop fastener in an amount with an average solid content of 35 g/m2, and dried. The flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener (

1-B) was obtained. For comparison, a hook-and-loop fastener treated with a colored resin (untreated hook-and-loop fastener) was obtained using polyurethane containing no flame retardant. In addition, in place of the flame retardant of Example 1, a flame retardant prepared by mixing triphenyl phosphate and trischloroethyl phosphate in a ratio of 1:1 was used, and a flame-retardant hook-and-loop fastener having a loop-shaped retaining element was prepared in the same manner. (I[-A) was obtained. Next, Table 1 shows the results of measuring the fogging value and combustibility of each hook-and-loop fastener, as well as a relative comparison of the retention strength when engagement and disengagement were repeated 10 times. Table 1 1) JIS D-120-1r Flammability Test Method for Organic Materials for Automotive Interiors 2) DIN 75201 The product of Example did not have a problem with fogging of the glass surface, but the product of Comparative Example 2 did not have a problem with the glass surface. This resulted in a cloudy appearance and decreased binding strength. Example 2 The hook-and-loop fastener (I-B) of Example 1 was attached to a cushion body of an automobile seat. On the other hand, a trim cover was made using a hook-and-loop fastener (IA) as a backing material, and a seat was made by covering the cushion body and installed in a car. For comparison, a trim cover was made using the hook-and-loop fastener (I[-A) of Comparative Example 2 as a backing material, and a car seat was made in the same manner as in Example 2 and installed in a car. When each car was parked outdoors for three days, there was no problem with the glass surface of the car equipped with the seat of the example, but there was no problem with the fogging of the glass surface of the car equipped with the seat of the comparative example. It was done. Example 3 Hook-and-loop fastener (I-A) and hook-and-loop fastener of Example 1 -
-(I-B) It passed the flame retardant grade 1 flame retardant test based on JIs Z-215Or thin material flame retardant test method (45° Metkel burner method). This hook-and-loop fastener (I-A) was attached to the wall of the art exhibition room. Meanwhile, a painting with a hook-and-loop fastener (I-B) attached to the back of the frame was fixed to a wall and exhibited for two weeks. For comparison, a hook-and-loop fastener (n-A) was placed on the wall of a picture exhibition room, while a hook-and-loop fastener (n-B) was attached to the back of the frame.
