Claims (1)
- シリンダが分解することなくスクリユの挿入、
抜取りが可能な二軸押出機において、原料供給部
とスクリユ駆動用減速機の間にシリンダ位置を軸
方向に移動調整する機構を設けると共に、混練部
及び圧力抵抗部を組合せたセグメント型スクリユ
と、シリンダ内径が通常より大きな逃がし溝を有
するシリンダとを備え、同逃がし溝の位置を前記
移動調整装置によりシリンダを軸方向に移動する
ことにより、スクリユの混練部及び圧力抵抗部と
の関係を可変にして混練特性を調整可能にしたこ
とを特徴とする二軸押出機の圧力調整装置。
