Claims (1)
- オゾン検出素子の前方に分解ヒータを設ける事
を特徴とし、熱分解によりオゾンの消費率を変化
させ、オゾン検出素子の出力値の差からオゾン濃
度検知を行うことを特徴とする吸引式オゾンガス
検出器。
