    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被加熱体を搭載する樹脂性のホルダ内に設けら
    れ、前記被加熱体の温度を検出する感温素子と、
    前記被加熱体と前記ホルダとの間に介在して配さ
    れるフタ部とを有する調理器用温度センサにおい
    て、前記フタ部とホルダとの間に、熱の良伝導材
    を配し、感温素子の熱応答性を改善したことを特
    徴とする調理器用温度センサ。
