Claims (1)
- 高真空に排気されるバツフア室と、該バツフア
室に隔離手段を介して連設された複数の真空処理
室とを有し、前記複数の真空処理室の真空処理中
のガス分析が可能な真空処理装置において、オリ
フイスを介して前記複数の真空処理室の真空処理
中のガス雰囲気と前記バツフア室の排気装置とを
連結可能とし、前記オリフイスと前記バツフア室
の排気装置との間にガス分析手段を設けたことを
特徴とする真空処理装置。
