プリツタ、５，７ａ，７ｂは1/2波長板、８ａ，
８ｂは光検出器、９は回折格子を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被検物体に付された回折格子による光の干渉を
利用して、該被検物体の移動量を測定するエンコ
ーダであつて、 回折格子に対して可干渉性光束を照射するため
の光源と、 回折格子で反射回折された光を前記可干渉性光
束の光路に再入射するための光学手段と、 前記光源から回折格子に照射された光により生
じた反射回折光と、前記再入射された光により生
じた反射回折光とによつて生じる光の干渉に基づ
く光量の変化を検知する検知手段とを備えた、エ
ンコーダ。
