、７はビームスプリツタ、９ａ，９ｂは光検出器
を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 可干渉性光束を被検物体に付された回折格子に
入射させ、該回折格子からの±ｍ次回折光を反射
手段により反射し、かつ重ね合わせ手段により重
ね合わせて干渉縞を形成し、その干渉縞を計数す
ることによつて被検物体の移動量を測定するエン
コーダであつて、 前記反射手段と前記重ね合わせ手段とを単一の
ビームスプリツタで構成したことを特徴とする、
エンコーダ。
