Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁体で形成された両面基板の一面に、圧電体
    チツプ上に電極パターンの配置されたＳＡＷフイ
    ルタチツプを接着剤で固定し、前記基板の両面に
    またがつて配された導体パターンの前記基板の一
    面側にあるパターン部分と前記ＳＡＷフイルタチ
    ツプとの間をワイヤボンデイングし、該基板の一
    面側に内部を気密にするためのキヤツプを被せ、
    前記基板の両面にまたがつて配された導体パター
    ン部分を他の回路基板に半田接続するようにした
    弾性表面波装置において、 半田接続されるべき前記パターン部分を含む前
    記基板の他面側に設けるすべての入出力電極パタ
    ーン及びすべてのアースパターンを装置の同一辺
    上又は隣接する２辺から引き出すよう設けたこと
    を特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
