Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱ローラと該ローラに圧接して回転する加圧
    ローラからなる定着ローラ間に未定着トナー像を
    転写した転写紙を挿通させることにより定着を行
    なう定着装置において、前記加圧ローラ軸両端軸
    受を支持し加圧ローラと加熱ローラの圧接、離間
    方向に揺動するように一端が軸支されスプリング
    の一端が係止されることにより両ローラの圧接が
    行なわれるとともに他端にピンが立設された平板
    をローラ軸両側に設けるとともに、ローラ軸と平
    行に設けたシヤフトの両端にカム部材を軸支し、
    一方のカム部材と同軸にリリースレバーを設け、
    リリースレバーの回動により両カム部材が前記ピ
    ンに係合し、前記スプリングの圧に抗して前記平
    板を揺動し加圧ローラを加熱ローラから離間する
    ように構成したことを特徴とする定着装置。
