２には通常のゴムを積層したゴム底３と中底５の断熱層
４を設け靴底周縁部でゴム底３と甲革６が直接接合され
てなるアスファルト舗装用靴である。

Description
【０００１】
本考案アスファルト舗装用靴は、道路等のアスファルト舗装工事に履用する工 事作業用の靴に係わるものである。
【０００２】
アスファルト舗装工事用の作業靴としては、従来、中底と ゴム底の間に断熱 材を挿入して、アスファルト工事施工事におけるアスファルト面の高熱を靴内部 に伝えない構造のものがあり、かつ柔軟なアスファルト面を歩行しながら施行す るのものであるため、靴底面の平滑な構造のものが使用されている。このアスフ ァルト舗装工事は、高温状態のアスファルトを道路上に敷きつめ、アスファルト 面を作業者が歩行しながら作業を進めるものであるが、アスファルトを敷きつめ た直後はアスファルト自体がかなり高温で柔軟な状態であり、時間が経つとアス ファルトの温度が下がって硬くなるという条件の下で作業を行っている。

従来のアスファルト作業においては、かなり高温状態のアスフルト面上を歩行 する時に、その熱が靴内部に伝わらなくするための断熱靴を履用しているため、 作業時における熱に対する問題はないが、高温状態のアスファルトは柔軟で接着 しやすいという特徴を持っている点に問題がある。柔軟で接着しやすいアスファ ルトは、作業者が作業中その表面を歩行しているため、作業靴の底面に接着する ことが多い。そしてそのままの状態で冷えるため、作業後、靴底面、甲革部に付 着したアスファルトが塊となって残り、アスファルト作業靴の耐性を低下させる とともに、次の作業時にはさらに付着アスファルトに新しい高温状態のアスファ ルトが付着、接着しやすくなり、作業を進める上で大変不便になるという問題が あった。
【０００４】 従って、高温状態のアスファルト面歩行に際しても甲革表面や靴底面にアスフ ァルトの付着、接着しない作業靴が望まれていた。
【０００５】
本考案は、上記課題を解決し、高温で柔軟な状態のアスファルト面上を歩行し てもアスファルトが靴底、甲革、に付着接着することがなく、かつアスファルト の高温を靴内部に伝えることのないアスファルト舗装用靴を提供するものである 。
【０００６】 本考案は、ゴム底の底面に、離型性ゴムからなるアウトソール１と、通常のゴ ムからなるミッドソール部２とを積層させたゴム底３と中底５の間に断熱材層４ を設け、靴周縁部でゴム底３と甲革６が直接接合されてなるアスファルト舗装用 靴である。

本考案アスファルト舗装用靴を履用してアスファルト工事を行う場合ゴム底面 に離型性ゴムを用いているので、作業者の自重や、作業者の持つ作業道具等の重 さが靴底部に掛かる結果、底面に離型層を形成することになる。この離型層は高 温状態のアスファルトの底面への付着を防止し、冷却後即ち作業終了後は使用前 の状態を保った靴と底面になるのである。

ゴム底３はスチレンブタヂエンゴム・クロロプレンゴム・アクリルニトリルゴ ム・エチレンプロピレンゴム・天然ゴム等の１種類以上により混練りされたミッ ドソール部２とフッ素ゴム・シリコンゴムの１種類以上により混練りされたアウ トソール部を積層して構成する。
【０００９】 このゴム底３と中底５の間には、適宜材料による断熱材層を設け靴上部の甲革 ６とゴム底３を靴底周縁部において圧着接合して靴を作成する。こうして得られ たアスファルト舗装靴はゴム底の底面が離型性ゴムのフッ素ゴム・シリコンゴム が表面に出るため永続的に離型効果ができて、アスファルトがゴム底３の底面に 付着しないものとなる。

本考案は上述のとおり構成されているので、次に記載する結果を奏する。アス ファルト舗装用靴は離型性ゴムを底面に使用しているため工事中の履用時には、 靴底表面に離型層を形成する結果、アスファルトの靴底面への付着を防止するこ とができる。

- 【請求項１】 離型性ゴムからなるアウトソール１と、
通常のゴムからなるミッドソール２とを積層させたゴム
底３と、中底５の間に断熱材４を設け、靴底周縁部では
ゴム底３と甲革６が直接接合されてなるアスファルト舗
装用靴。
