Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 1.下記よりなるセラミック物品の製法:焼結性粉末およびポリアセタール系結 合剤を含有する本質的に無溶剤のセラミック組成物を成形してセラミック未処理 ボディーとなし、この未処理ボディーを核ポリアセタール系結合剤の恒温分解が 起こる温度に加熱し、この恒温分解が起こる温度から結合剤の少なくとも80重 量%が除去されるまで10℃/時を越えない速度で昇温させ、結合剤の少なくと も80重量%が除去されたのち未処理ボディーを加熱することにより未処理ボデ ィーから結合剤を除去して、実質的にすべての結合剤を25時間以内で除去する 。
- 2.結合剤の少なくとも80重量%を、空気中で160−220℃、または不活 性雰囲気中で300−360℃の温度において恒温除去することよりなる、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.空気中で160−220℃の温度を最高15時間保持することにより結合剤 を恒温除去する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。
- 4.160−220℃の温度を10時間保持することによりポリアセタール系結 合剤を除去する、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。
- 5.空気中で165℃の温度を10−15時間保持することにより結合剤を恒温 除去する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。
- 6.175℃の温度を10−15時間保持することによりポリアセタール系結合 剤を除去する、請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
- 7.ポリアセタール系結合剤を空気中で除去し、その際未処理ボディーを160 ℃に加熱し、160℃から220℃まで5℃/時を越えない加熱速度で昇温させ て、結合剤の少なくとも80重量%を除去する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。
- 8.ポリアセタール系結合剤がセラミック組成物の10−50重量%を構成する 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 9.焼結性粉末が金属または合金である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 10.焼結性粉末がセラミック系金属酸化物、炭化物または窒化物である、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 11.ポリアセタール系結合剤を恒温分解しうる温度が空気中で160−220 ℃であり、セラミック未処理ボディーを空気中で室温から130℃までは60℃ /時を越えない第1加熱速度で、そして130℃から160−175℃までは第 1加熱速度より低い第2加熱速度で加熱することにより、該ポリアセタール樹脂 系結合剤を除去する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 12.室温から130℃までの第1加熱速度が約20−45℃/時である、請求 の範囲第11項に記載の方法。
- 13.130℃から160−175℃までの第2加熱速度が約10−30℃/時 である、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。
- 14.130℃から160−175℃までの第2加熱速度が約10−15℃/時 である、請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。
- 15.未処理ボディーの温度を160℃から220℃まで約2−10℃/時の第 3加熱速度で高めることよりなる、請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。
- 16.160℃から220℃までの第3加熱速度が約5℃/時を越えない、請求 の範囲第15項に記載の方法。
- 17.ポリアセタール系結合剤が少なくとも50mol%のオキシメチレン単位 を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 18.ポリアセタール系結合剤がオキシメチレン単位および約2−80mol% のオキシアルキレン単位(アルキレン基は2−4個の炭素原子を含む)よりなる コポリマーからなる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
