Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 1.ドナー電極集成体、対向電極集成体ならびにドナー電極集成体および対向電 極集成体に電気接続させるように用いられる電源を含み、電極集成体の少なくと も1つが薬剤を含有する薬剤溜めを含み、薬剤溜めが体表面と薬剤移送関係に置 かれるように用いられ、電極が電源および薬剤溜めに電気接続するように用いら れ、かつ電極がマトリックス内に導電性網目を形成する導電性充填剤を含有する ポリマーマトリックスを含む電気作動方式のイオン導入による投与デバイスにお いて、電極が、 約5ないし40容量%の導電性充填剤;約5ないし40容量%のデバイスの作動 中に酸化または還元させることができる化学種を含有するマトリックスであるこ とを特徴とするデバイス。
- 2.電極がアノードで、化学種がデバイスの作動中に酸化させることができる金 属である請求項1のデバイス。
- 3.金属が銀および亜鉛より成る群から選ばれる請求項2のデバイス。
- 4.電極がカソードで、化学種がデバイスの作動中に還元させることができる請 求項1のデバイス。
- 5.還元させることがでまる化学種がAgCl,AgBrおよびAg4Fe(C N)6より成る群から選ばれる請求項4のデバイス。
- 6.導電性充填剤が炭素繊維を含む請求項1のデバイス。
- 7.ポリマーがエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマーを含む請求項1のデバイス。
- 8.ポリマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ポリアルキレン類、ポリイソ プレン類、ゴム類、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアミド類、ポリウレタン類、ポリ塩化 ビニル、および変性セルロース系ポリマーより成る群から選ばれる疎水性ポリマ ーである請求項1のデバイス。
- 9.マトリックスがフィルム状である請求項1のデバイス。
- 10.電極内に複数の流体流動通路が付与されている請求項1のデバイス。
- 11.流体流動通路が、ポリマーマトリックス中に溶解可能な細孔形成剤を混合 することによって形成される請求項10のデバイス。
- 12.対向電極集成体が、電線に電気接続するように使用される対向電極および 体表面と電解液移送関係に置かれるように用いられる電解液溜めを含み、対向電 極が電解液溜めと電気的接触状態にあり、さらに対向電極が、ポリマーマトリッ クス; 約5ないし40容量%のマトリックス内に導電性網目を形成する導電性充填剤; および 約5ないし40容量%のデバイスの作動中酸化または還元させることができる化 学種を含む請求項1のデバイス。
- 13.電解液溜めが、約10ないし60重量%の親水性ポリマー、約10ないし 60重量%の疎水性ポリマーおよび最高約50重量%の電解液より成るポリマー マトリックスである請求項12のデバイス。
- 14.ドナー電極集成体が、電源に電気接続するように用いられるドナー電極お よび体表面と薬品移送関係に置かれるように用いられる薬品溜めを含み、ドナー 電極が薬品溜めに接している表面を有する請求項1のデバイス。
- 15.薬品溜めが、約10ないし60重量%の親水性ポリマー、約10ないし6 0重量%の疎水性ポリマーおよび最高約50重量%の薬品より成るポリマーマト リックスである請求項14のデバイス。
- 16.電源が電池を含む請求項1のデバイス。
- 17.導電性充填剤が炭素繊維を含み、炭素繊維がフィルム内に無記向の導電性 炭素繊維網目を形成する請求項9のデバイス。
- 18.薬剤が薬品を含む請求項1のデバイス。
- 19.薬品が水に可溶の薬品塩類である請求項18のデバイス。
- 20.薬剤が電解質を含む請求項1のデバイス。
- 21.電解液が水に可溶な電解質塩類を含む請求項20のデバイス。
