【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は，デイスクグラインダすなわち円板形砥石の中心に，該円板面と直角 に軸を固着し，該軸を回転させて，円板面を被研削面に当てて研削を行うグライ ンダの改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
上述のデイスクグラインダの従来品の構造の一例を，図２により説明する。 円板形砥石１の中心に，該円板面に直角に固着立設した軸２の他端に，ベベル ギアの部品歯車３ａが固着されている。ベベルギアの他の部品歯車３ｂが，その 軸４が，軸２と直交するように設けられ，軸４に，主ハンドル５が連設されてい る。主ハンドル５内に，減速機６と駆動機７（例えば，モーター，エンジンなど ）が内蔵されている。副ハンドル８が，砥石軸，ハンドル軸のそれぞれに，直角 な方向に伸びている。
【００３】 駆動機７を回転させると，ベベルギア３ａ，３ｂを介して，回転砥石１が回転 する。主ハンドル５を右手で掴持し，副ハンドル８を左手で，掴持して，駆動機 ７を始動（例えばモーターの場合，スイッチを入れる）すると，砥石１が回転を 始めるので，該砥石１の円板砥面１ａ又は円周面砥面１ｂを被研削面に圧接させ て，研削を行う。

【解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のデイスクグラインダの主ハンドル５と副ハンドル８は，実質的に直 角に配設されているため，被研削面の形状，方向によつては，作業が困難な場合 がある。例えば，天井に近い壁面，壁面に近い天井，又は斜面などを研削する場 合，主ハンドルから直角に突出する副ハンドルが邪魔になり，必要な研削が行い 難いことがある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案では，副ハンドル８を円板砥石に平行な面内で，回動かつ固定可能にす る。
【００６】 すなわち，本考案は： 円板砥石と，その中心に該円板面に直角に立設した回転軸を，ベベルギアを介 して，該円板面と実質的に平行な回転軸を回転させる駆動機を内蔵する主ハンド ルとを持つデイスクグラインダにおいて： 該主ハンドルのベベルギア側端の近辺に起端部を持ち，該起端部を中心として ，該主ハンドルを含み，前記円板面に平行な面内を回動可能かつ所望の位置で固 定可能な副ハンドルを持つことを特徴とするデイスクグラインダ である。

【作用】
副ハンドルを所望の位置に止めることができるので，主ハンドルを利き腕の手 で，副ハンドルを他の手で持つて，主ハンドルと副ハンドルの角度を所望の値に 調節することにより，狭い空間，広い空間など，状況に応じて，作業を迅速・正 確に行うことができる。

【実施例】
図１において，副ハンドル８は，主ハンドル５の砥石側端近辺８ａに起端部を 持ち，ヒジ継ぎ手８ｂにより，図面上，（イ）位置，（ロ）位置などに回動し得 る（回動し得る角度を制限するためのストツパーを付けても良い。）。 図３は，図１のＩＩＩ−ＩＩＩ矢視図を示したもので，ヒジ継ぎ手部において ，副ハンドル８が目鏡状部材８ｃに螺着しており，副ハンドル８を回転させて， ねじ部８ｄを緩めると，副ハンドルの回動が自由になり，締めると副ハンドルが 固定される構造を示したものである。

【考案の効果】 本考案のデイスクグラインダは，上述のように，主ハンドルと副ハンドルの囲 む角度を自由に調節し，かつ，所望の位置で固定できるので，研削の作業性を高 め，かつ研削精度を増す。

    に立設した回転軸を，ベベルギアを介して，該円板面と
    実質的に平行な回転軸を回転させる駆動機を内蔵する主
    ハンドルとを持つデイスクグラインダにおいて：該主ハ
    ンドルのベベルギア側端の近辺に起端部を持ち，該起端
    部を中心として，該主ハンドルを含み，前記円板面に平
    行な面内を回動可能かつ所望の位置で固定可能な副ハン
    ドルを持つことを特徴とするデイスクグラインダ。
