Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 製造, 運搬, 保管時に効率の良い積み重ねが
出来、使用時には簡単な操作で容易に把手を形成出来る
合成樹脂製容器を提案する。 【構成】 周壁５に切り溝６を形成することにより把手
７を画成してなる把手形成部８を設け、この把手形成部
８該当部分を除いた部分に於いて周壁５内面に内面を固
着させることにより把手形成部８を液密に被覆させた被
覆フィルム３を設けて構成した。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は合成樹脂製容器に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】
底壁周縁より周壁を立設してなる上端面開口の筒状をなし、周壁外面より把手 を一体に突設してなるコップ型の合成樹脂製容器が知られている。これらは製造 時或いは運搬，保管時に把手が邪魔をして効率の良い積み重ねが出来ず嵩張る欠 点がある。
【０００３】 本考案は上記した従来の容器の欠点を解消した優れた合成樹脂製容器を提案す ることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案容器は上記課題を解決するため、上端面開口の筒状をなすとともに、周 壁５に切り溝６を形成することにより把手７を画成してなる把手形成部８を設け てなる合成樹脂製基体２と、上記把手形成部８該当部分を除いた部分に於いて基 体周壁５内面に内面を固着させることにより把手形成部８を液密に被覆してなる 合成樹脂製被覆フィルム３とから構成した。

【作用】
製造時或いは運搬、保管時に把手７が周壁５の一部として存在しているため、 嵩張らずに効率の良い積み重ねが可能である。
【０００６】 又、使用時には把手７を周壁５外方へ引き起すという極めて簡単な操作により 把手付き容器として使用することが出来る。

【実施例】 以下、本考案の実施例を図面を参照して説明する。
【０００８】 本考案容器１は、基体２と被覆フィルム３とから構成している。
【０００９】 基体２は、底壁４周縁より周壁５を立設した上端面開口の筒状をなし、周壁５ 後部には切り溝６を穿設することにより把手７を画成してなる把手形成部８を設 けている。
【００１０】 図１及び図２に於ける実施例では、把手形成部８は平行する正面コ字状の切り 溝６，６及びこれと左右対象に設けた切り溝６，６を穿設することにより、正面 コ字帯状及びこれと左右対象の一対の把手７，７を画成して構成している。又、 各外側の切り溝６，６外方で、上下方向中央部に半円状の切り欠き部９，９を各 々連設し、各把手７，７の起立をより容易に行える如く構成している。
【００１１】 被覆フィルム３は、上記把手形成部８を液密に被覆して基体周壁５内面に固着 させたもので、把手形成部８の部分に該当するフィルム内面は基体周壁５と固着 させないで把手７の起立が可能に構成している。
【００１２】 例えば、図１及び図２に示す如き射出成形等により形成した基体２内に略ピッ タリ嵌合する大きさを有するとともに、外面上下に各々所定幅の接着用樹脂層10 をコーティングした円筒状のインサートフィルム3aを用いてインサート成形によ り各接着層10を溶融接着して両者を一体化する。この場合、例えば基体２をポリ プロピレンで構成し、インサートフィルム3aを基体２とは異材質のポリエチレン テレフタレートで構成し、接着層10にポリプロピレンを用いる。本実施例のフィ ルム形態ではフィルム固着時の位置合わせが容易に行える利点がある。
【００１３】 又、図３に示す如く、把手形成部８部分を局部的に被覆する被覆フィルム3bを 用いることも可能であり、この場合フィルム3bの周縁部分を基体周壁内面に固着 させる。
【００１４】 又、フィルムの固着方法は上記インサート成形法による接着層の溶融接着の他 、固着部分をヒートシールすることも可能であり、更に接着剤を用いることも可 能である。

【考案の効果】
以上説明した如く本考案容器は、既述構成としたことにより、非使用時には把 手が基体周壁の一部として存在するため、製造時或いは運搬，保管時に効率の良 い積み重ねが可能で嵩張らない。
【００１６】 又、使用時も把手を外方へ引き起こすという極めて簡単な操作により把手付き 容器として使用でき、極めて使勝手が良い。

  1. 【請求項１】上端面開口の筒状をなすとともに、周壁５
    に切り溝６を形成することにより把手７を画成してなる
    把手形成部８を設けてなる合成樹脂製基体２と、上記把
    手形成部８該当部分を除いた部分に於いて基体周壁５内
    面に内面を固着させることにより把手形成部８を液密に
    被覆してなる合成樹脂製被覆フィルム３とからなること
    を特徴とする合成樹脂製容器。
