Abstract

せるための熱可塑性樹脂パイプ継ぎ手において、細長い

継ぎ手の第2の部材2とかみ合うための第2の端部を有
する。第2の部材はタンクに取りつけられる。継ぎ手の
第1の部材は補強用のポリアミドからなる。継ぎ手の第
2の部材は非補強用の樹脂からなる。第1の部材は加重
下のもとで変形するという傾向が第2の部材より少な
い。
Description

ンクのコネクタに関する。特に、本発明は熱可塑性樹脂
タンクに可撓性流体用導管を結合させるための熱可塑性
樹脂パイプ継ぎ手に関する。
例えば給油器のパイプでの排気ホースを接合するため
に、又は燃料タンクに燃料ホースを接合させるために用
いられる注入樹脂パイプをしばしば含む。これらのパイ
プ継ぎ手は給油器のパイプの開口部または回転式結合に
よるタンクに結合される。
非補強剤の高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)のような適
合の樹脂からなる。これらの樹脂素材は再利用のためや
環境の両立のために、まず第一に高密度で、特に拡散濃
密、溶接結合を提供するように選ばれる。さらに、自動
車燃料タンクに用いられるために選ばれた樹脂はある程
度可撓性を有するので、タンクは事故などの最小の加重
に耐えられるのである。

広く変えることもできる。第2の部材の好ましい物質は
HDPEである。

であるが均質物質だけでない結合の結果第2の部材2の
外側とかみ合う。

うなホールディングアームを有する。結合ホースはスリ
ーブを用いてしっかりと結合され、スリーブと部材1と
の間をOリング締め付け具を具備する。クリップするた
めに部材1の物質の小さな傾向によりOリング締め付け
具の圧力で変形する危険は部材1の物質にとって存在し
ない。

のような熱可塑性樹脂物質から作られたタンク7の開口

- 【請求項1】 タンクに可撓性流体用導管を結合させる
ための熱可塑性樹脂パイプ継ぎ手において、 前記導管とかみ合うための第1の端部及び前記継ぎ手の
第2の部材にかみ合う第2の端部を有する細長い管状の
第1の部材と、タンクに取りつけられる第2の部材とを
含み、 前記継ぎ手の第1の部材は補強用のポリアミドからな
り、前記継ぎ手の第2の部材は非補強用の樹脂からな
り、前記第1の部材は加重下のもとで変形するという傾
向が第2の部材より少ないことを特徴とする熱可塑性樹
脂パイプ継ぎ手。 - 【請求項2】 前記継ぎ手の第1の部材がファイバグラ
ス充填剤の物質で補強される請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹
脂パイプ継ぎ手。 - 【請求項3】 前記継ぎ手の前記第1の部材及び前記第
2の部材のうち少なくとも1つが粘着性のある物質であ
る請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂パイプ継ぎ手。 - 【請求項4】 前記継ぎ手の前記第1の部材及び前記第
2の部材の各第2の端部の少なくとも1つが輪郭を形成
する外側に位置する請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂パイプ
継ぎ手。 - 【請求項5】 前記継ぎ手の前記第1の部材の第1の端
部には保持用リブが設けられる請求項1記載の熱可塑性
樹脂パイプ継ぎ手。 - 【請求項6】 前記可撓性流体用導管と前記継ぎ手の前
記第1の部材の前記第1の端部とはOリング締め付け具
によりかみ合う請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂パイプ継ぎ
手。 - 【請求項7】 導管にかみ合うための第1の端部と第2
の部材にかみ合うための第2の端部を有する細長い管状
第1の部材からなるパイプ継ぎ手を含み、前記第2の部
材はタンクに取りつけられ、第1の部材はファイバグラ
スの補強用ポリアミドからなり、前記第1の部材は締め
る圧力下のもとで変形するという傾向が第2の部材より
少ないことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂燃料タンクに可
撓性導管を取りつける構造。 - 【請求項8】 前記継ぎ手の前記第2の部材が前記タン
クに結合するためのフランジを含む請求項7記載の構
造。 - 【請求項9】 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材のう
ち少なくとも1つが粘着性のある物質である請求項7記
載の構造。 - 【請求項10】 請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂パイプ継
ぎ手を少なくとも1つ有する熱可塑性樹脂燃料タンク。
