It is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 6223. In this known floor panel structure, an end portion (21b) of a floor panel (21) made of synthetic resin is fixed to a side sill (20) via a floor extension (20a). The floor panel (21) is
A mountain-shaped rise (21a) is vertically formed in the center, and reinforcements (22), (23), (24) made of sheet metal are formed by molding at the top of the rise (21a) and the lower portions of both slopes. It is embedded and tightened and reinforced by bolts (27), (28) and (29). The seat belt fitting (26) and the seat fitting (30) are fixed with bolts (27) and (28). A frame-shaped longitudinal stringer (31) for reinforcement is fixed to the lower surface of the floor panel (21) with an adhesive.

The lower part is opened, an integral box-shaped projection is formed on the upper wall, and at least the tunnel-shaped projection has an upper wall lower surface that closes the opening of the tunnel-shaped projection and the lower opening of the box-shaped projection. The above object can be achieved by providing a metal reinforcing plate that forms a container part with the box-shaped protrusion.

To form a box-shaped protrusion (3) and a second protrusion (4) lower than the box-shaped protrusion (3) on the upper wall of the tunnel-shaped protrusion (2), and A ridge (6) is formed at a position distant to one side in parallel with the tunnel-shaped protrusion (2). A shift lever opening (5) is formed in the second protrusion (4). The front end (1a) of the floor panel (1) is joined to the inner surface of the lower end of the dash lower panel (9) to form a dash cross member (9a) having a closed cross section. Further, the side ends of the floor panel (1) are fixed to the inner surface of the cowl side panel (10) and a bracket (17) fixed to the inner panel (16a) of the side sill (16) with bolts (11). Note that this fixing may be fixed by an adhesive instead of the bolt. The inner surface of the tunnel-shaped protrusion (2) is closely adhered to and covers the entire inner surface of the tunnel-shaped protrusion (2). Reinforcing plates (7) having both ends thereof are fitted to and are fixed with bolts (14) and (15). The upper wall of the reinforcing plate (7) has an opening (8) into which the shift lever (12) is inserted.
The second protrusion (4) is provided at a position corresponding to the shift lever opening (5). The upper wall of the reinforcing plate (7) serves as the bottom plate of the box-shaped protrusion (3), and the inside of the box-shaped protrusion (3) is formed as a container. The upper wall of the box-shaped protruding portion (3) has a large opening, and a lid (13) that can be opened and closed is provided. A clamp portion (6a) for supporting a pipe member such as a brake pipe or a wire harness is integrally formed on the lower surface of the protruding portion (6). The lower opening of the ridge (6) is covered with a gutter-shaped cover (9) to form a frame part.

である。According to the present invention, with the above-described configuration, at least the upper surface of the upper wall of the tunnel-shaped protrusion is closed by closing the opening of the tunnel-shaped protrusion and the lower opening of the box-shaped protrusion, and the box-shaped protrusion forms a storage part. Since the reinforcing plate is provided, the rigidity of the floor panel made of synthetic resin can be made much higher than that provided with only the tunnel-shaped protrusion, and a storage case without a bottom wall is also provided. Since the reinforcing plate is used as the bottom plate of the container part by molding the part, it is possible to integrally mold the container part with a simple mold and process when molding the floor panel, which improves productivity and reduces cost. Since the reinforcing plate also serves as an insulator for the tunnel-shaped protruding portion, a great effect can be obtained in terms of safety, productivity, and economical efficiency.
