Claims (9)
- 1.(a)(i)基準の圧力読み取り値としてピペッター内部の周囲空気圧を測 定し、(ii)ピペッターを容器内の流体サンプルの方へ移動させながらピペッ ター円へ空気を吸引し、(iii)ピペッター内の空気圧の変化をモニターして 容器内の流体の表面レベルを指示することによって流体のレベルを決定し、:( b)流体にピペッターを侵入させ、増分体積を吸引しながら、制御されたステッ プで容器から流体をピペッター内に吸引し;(c)各増分吸引ステップ後の圧力 変化をモニターし;次いで(d)小滴をはぎ取るような方法でサンプルからピペ ッターチップを移動させることを特徴とする容器から流体をピペッティングする 方法。
- 2.ピペッターチップが使い捨てである請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.ピペッターチップが再利用可能である請求項1記載の方法。
- 4.(a)基準の圧力読み取り値としてピペッター内の周囲空気圧を測定し、( b)ピペッターを容器内の流体サンプルの方へ移動させながらピペッター内へ空 気圧吸引し、(c)ピペッター円の空気圧の変化をモニターして容器内の流体の 表面レベルを指示することによって流体のレベルを決定し、(d)流体にピペッ ターを侵入させ、容器から流体をピペッター内に吸引し、(e)吸引ステップ( d)の吸引後の圧力変化をモニターし、(f)測定した圧力変化をあらかじめ決 定された正常吸引圧力枠と比較し、次いで(g)該圧力枠から外れている圧力値 を観測することを特徴とする流体サンプルにおける不均質性を検知する方法。
- 5.サンプルの不均質性が気泡である請求項4記載の方法。
- 6.サンプルの不均質性が泡状層である請求項4記載の方法。
- 7.サンプルの不均質性が固まりてある請求項4記載の方法。
- 8.(a)基準の圧力読み取り値としてピペッター内の周囲空気圧を測定し、( b)流体にピペッターを侵入させ、容器から流体をピペッター内に吸引し、(c )吸引ステップ(d)の吸引後の圧力変化をモニターし、(d)測定した圧力変 化をあらかじめ決定された正常吸引圧力枠と比較し、次いで(e)該圧力枠から 外れている圧力値を観測することを特徴とする流体サンプルにおける不均質性を 検知する方法。
- 9.(a)基準の圧力読み取り値としてピペッター内の周囲空気圧を測定し、( b)ピペッターを容器内の流体サンプルの方へ移動させながらピペッター内へ空 気を吸引し、(c)ピペッター内の空気圧の変化をモニターして容器内の流体の 表面レベルを指示することを特徴とする容器内の流体サンプルの表面を検知する 方法。
