Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.摩擦ユニットを製造するための連続的方法であって、強化繊維の複数のスト ランドをフェノール樹脂で含浸するステップと、 前記強化繊維の含浸ストランドを、コンポジット成形ダイに引っ張り、前記摩擦 ユニットの周辺構成を有するボディを形成するステップと、さらに、 前記ボディを複数の前記摩擦ユニットに選択的に切断するステップとを含む、連 続的方法。
- 2.前記強化繊維が主としてガラス繊維の一塊の粗糸である、請求項1に記載の 連続的方法。
- 3.前記フェノール樹脂がCELLOBOND樹脂である、請求項1に記載の連 続的方法。
- 4.繊維対樹脂の比率が約40ないし60重量パーセントのオーダである、請求 項1に記載の連続的方法。
- 5.前記強化繊維が摩擦表面に対して主として垂直に均一に配向される、請求項 1に記載の連続的方法。
- 6.前記フェノール樹脂が約5ないし10重量パーセントの黒鉛粉末を有するマ トリクスを形成する、請求項1に記載の連続的方法。
- 7.前記フェノール樹脂が約5ないし10重量パーセントの黒鉛粉末および約5 ないし10重量パーセントの銅粉末を有するマトリクスを形成する、請求項1に 記載の連続的方法。
- 8.前記摩擦ユニットは摩擦表面を有するブレーキパツドであり、前記繊維は前 記表面に対してほぼ垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の連続的方法。
- 9.前記摩擦ユニットは摩擦表面を有するプレーキシューライニングであり、前 記繊維は前記表面に対して実質的に平行に延在する、請求項1に記載の連続的方 法。
- 10.前記摩擦ユニットは摩擦表面を有するブレーキパツドであり、前記繊維は 前記表面に対してわずかに傾斜する角度で延在する、請求項1に記載の連続的方 法。
- 11.コンポジット摩擦ユニットを連続的に製造するための方法であって、 強化繊維の長く延びた複数のストランドを選択しかつフェノール樹脂の材料で含 浸するステップと、前記強化繊維の含浸ストランドを予め定められたアライメン トで、コンポジット成形ダイを介して引出し、前記摩擦ユニットの周辺構成を有 するボディを形成するステップと、さらに、 少なくとも1つの摩擦表面に沿って前記ボディを複数の前記摩擦ユニットに選択 的に切断するステップとを含む、方法。
- 12.前記強化繊維は主としてガラス繊維の一塊の粗糸である、請求項11に記 載の連続的方法。
- 13.前記強化繊維は本質的にガラス、岩石、セラミック、カーボン、黒鉛、ア ラミドおよびノメックスからなるグループから選ばれる、請求項12に記載の連 続的方法。
- 14.前記フェノール樹脂は本質的にビニールエステルおよびエポキシからなる グループからとられ、かつ本質的に黒鉛、銅、真鍮、鉄およびゴムからなるグル ープからとられる粉末の形態で選択された量の添加物を含む、請求項13に記載 の連続的方法。
- 15.連続的製造方法によって製造されるコンポジット摩擦ユニットであって、 強化繊維の複数のストランドを選択しかつ樹脂材料で含浸するステップを含み、 前記選択するステップは、ガラス繊維のストランドの粗糸を選択し、かつそこに 冷たい空気を与えることによってそれを一塊にするステップを含み、さらに、前 記強化繊維の含浸ストランドを予め定められたアライメントで、コンポジット成 形ダイを介して引出し、前記摩擦ユニットの周辺構成を有するボディを形成する ステップと、 前記ボディを複数の前記摩擦ユニットに選択的に切断するステップとを含む、コ ンポジット摩擦ユニット。
- 16.前記強化繊維には主としてガラス繊維が選択される、請求項15に記載の コンポジット摩擦ユニット。
- 17.前記強化繊維は本質的にガラス、岩石、セラミック、カーボン、黒鉛、ア ラミドおよびノメックスからなるグループからとられる、請求項16に記載のコ ンポジット摩擦ユニット。
- 18.前記樹脂はフェノール樹脂である、請求項16に記載のコンポジット摩擦 ユニット。
- 19.前記樹脂は、約5重量パーセントの黒鉛粉末および約5重量パーセントの 銅粉末を有するフェノール樹脂である、請求項16に記載のコンポジット摩擦ユ ニット。
- 20.前記摩擦ユニットは摩擦表面を有するプレーキシューライニングであり、 前記繊維は前記表面に対してほぼ垂直に延在する、請求項19に記載のコンポジ ット摩擦ユニット。
