Claims (7)
- 1.式:CpMYXm+A−〔式中Mはη5結合モードでCpと結合している酸 化状態が3または4の元素周期律表第4族の金属であり:nはMの酸化状態に依 存して0または1であり:Cpは少なくとも2価のR′′で共有結合で置換され たシクロペンタジエニル、インデニル、テトラヒドロインデニル、フルオレニル またオクタヒドロフルオレニル基であり、該2価のR′′は1から50の原子を 有し且つYと共有結合しており、さらにCpは20以下の非水素原子を持つ1− 4個のアルキル、ハロゲン、アリール、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、アリールオ キシまたはシリル基で置換されていてよく:Yは式:−NR−,−PR−,−O −,または−S−(式中RはC1−20ヒドロカルビルである)の群から選ばれ る2価の置換基であり、そしてYはR′′、Cp及びMと合してメタロ環を形成 し:Xは、存在する場合、ハイドライド、ハロ、アルキル、アリール、シリル、 ゲルミル、アリールオキシ、アルコキシ、アミド、シロキシ、及びホスフィン基 、及びこれらの組合わせからなる群から選ばれる1価の置換基であり、該基また はこれらの組合わせは20以下の非水素原子を有し:そしてAは不活性な非配位 性の陰イオンである〕の陽イオン錯体及びアルモキサンを、アルモキサンの陽イ オン錯体に対するモル比が0.1:1から50:1で組合わせてなる触媒組成物 。
- 2.A−がRB(C4F5)−2又はB(C6F5)−4〔式中のRはハイドラ イド又はC1−20ヒドロカルビルである〕である請求項1記載の触媒組成物。
- 3.CPが式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 〔式中のR′はそれぞれ独立に4以下の非水素原子のアルキル及びシリル基及び 水素からなる群から選ばれ、そしてR′′は−BR−または−ER2−(式中E は元素周期律表第14族の一員であり、RはC1−20ヒドロカルビルである) である。〕で表わされるものである請求項1記載の触媒組成物。
- 4.R′′−Y−が ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 〔式中のEはそれぞれ独立に炭素、ケイ素又はゲルマニウムであり:pは1−4 の整数であり:RはC1−20ヒドロカルビルである〕である請求項3記載の触 媒組成物。
- 5.陽イオン錯体が式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 〔式中Mはη5結合モードでCpと結合している酸化状態が3または4の元素周 期律表第4族の金属であり:nはMの酸化状態に依存して0または1であり:C pは少なくとも2価のR′′で共有結合で置換されたシクロペンタジエニル、イ ンデニル、テトラヒドロインデニル、フルオレニルまたオクタヒドロフルオレニ ル基であり、該2価のR′′は1から50の原子を有し且つYと共有結合してお り、さらにCpは20以下の非水素原子を持つ1−4個のアルキル、ハロゲン、 アリール、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、アリールオキシまたはシリル基で置換さ れていてよく:Yは式:−NR−,−PR−,−O−,または−S−(式中Rは C1−20ヒドロカルビルである)の群から選ばれる2価の置換基であり、そし てYはR′′、Cp及びMと合してメタロ環を形成し:Xは、存在する場合、ハ イドライド、ハロ、アルキル、アリール、シリル、ゲルミル、アリールオキシ、 アルコキシ、アミド、シロキシ、及びホスフィン基、及びこれらの組合わせから なる群がら選ばれる1価の置換基であり、該基またはこれらの組合わせは20以 下の非水素原子を有し:そしてAは不活性な非配位性の陰イオンである〕である 請求項1記載の触媒組成物。
- 6.a)式:CpMYXnR〔式中Mはη5結合モードでCpと結合している酸 化状態が3または4の元素周期律表第4族の金属であり:nはMの酸化状態に依 存して0または1であり:Rはハイドライド又はC1−20ヒドロカルビルであ り:Cpは少なくとも2価のR′′で共有結合で置換されたシクロペンタジエニ ル、インデニル、テトラヒドロインデニル、フルオレニルまたオクタヒドロフル オレニル基であり、該2価のR′′は1から50の原子を有し且つYと共有待合 しており、さらにCpは20以下の非水素原子を持つ1−4個のアルキル、ハロ ゲン、アリール、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、アリールオキシまたはシリル基で 置換されていてよく:Yは式:−NR−,−PR−,−O−,または−S−(式 中RはC1−20ヒドロカルビルである)の群から選ばれる2価の置換基であり 、そしてYはR′′、Cp及びMと合してメタロ環を形成し:Xは、存在する場 合、ハイドライド、ハロ、アルキル、アリール、シリル、ゲルミル、アリールオ キシ、アルコキシ、アミド、シロキシ、及びホスフィン基、及びこれらの組合わ せからなる群から選ばれる1価の置換基であり、該基またはこれらの組合わせは 20以下の非水素原子を有する〕の有機金属簿体、b)有機金属錯体a)を式: CpMYXn+A−〔式中のCp,M,Y,X及びnは上記定義の通りであり: A−は活性化合物または錯体B′と錯体a)から抽出されるRとの結合によって 生ずる陰イオンであるかまたはA−は錯体B′の対イオンである〕の陽イオン錯 体へ変換する能力のある活性化合物または錯体B′、及び c)アルモキサンからなり、 成分b):a)のモル比が0.1:1から50:1、そして成分c):a)のモ ル比が1:1から10000:1である、反応生成物からなる触媒組成物である 。
- 7.オレフィン、ジオレフィンまたはアセチレン化合物またはそれらの混合物を 重合条件下に請求項1または6項の組成物と接触させて、そして得られるポリマ ーを回収する工程からなるオレフィン、ジオレフィンまたはアセチレン化合物の 重合方法。
