Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 腹壁を腹膜の手前で持ち上げる装置は以下のものからなる。即ち、 (a)相互に関連し合って可動可能な一対のアングル形状部位、アングル形状部 位は以下のものを備える。 即ち、一般的に平行関係を保つように配置した第1脚部で、第1脚部には方位角 度があり、且つ(1)第1脚部から横方向に伸びる第2脚部は以下の通りでる。 即ち、 (i))相互に関連し合って第1脚部の回転に合わせて扇形状に展開し、 (ii))腹壁と接するように適合し、且つ(iii))第1脚部から末梢部の 方向に減少する第1脚部の方向に有効な肉厚を有し、及び (b)アングル形状部位に揚力を伝える部位。 2 請求項1記載による装置に於いて、第2脚部の長さと断面についてはそれぞ れ以下のごとし。即ち、第1脚部に近接する第2脚部の長手方向にある第1領域 の断面は、事実上半円形であり、この半円形断面は第1脚部と事実上平行な口径 を有し、第1領域に近接する第2脚部の長手方向にある第2領域の断面は、次第 に事実上長方形に変化し、第1脚部と事実上平行な長軸を持つ長方形断面、及び 第2領域に近接する第3脚部の断面は、事実上長方形を保持し、且つ第2脚部の 長手方向にある第3領域に隣接する第4領域では、第1脚部と事実上平行な部分 から第3領域に向けて第1脚部と事実上垂直になるように徐々に変化する長軸を 持つ長方形断面、及び有効な肉厚を与えるために第4領域に於いて第1脚部と事 実上垂直方向を保持しているが、この有効厚さ寸法は第1脚部から末梢部に向け て減少する。 3 請求項2記載による装置に於いて、アングル形状部位の第2脚部の一方の長 手方向にある第1領域の断面は、アングル形状部位のもう一方の第2脚部の長手 方向にある第1領域の断面に対して相似形である。 4 請求項2記載による装置に於いて、アングル形状部位の第2脚部の一方の長 方形断面の長軸は、第1脚部と事実上平行な状態から第1方位角をとる第1脚部 に対して事実上垂直になるよう変化し、且つ、アングル形状部位のもう一方の第 2脚部の長方形断面の長軸は、第1脚部と事実上平行な状態から第1方位角をと る第1脚部と事実上垂直になるよう変化する。 5 請求項2記載による装置に於いて、アングル形状部位の第2脚部が閉の状態 にある場合、当該第2脚部は相互に事実上平行であり、 アングル形状部位の第2脚部の長手方向にある第1及び第2領域は、第1面にお けるアングル形状部位の第2脚部のもう一方の脚部の長手方向にある第1及び第 2領域に対して事実上平行であり、且つ、アングル形状部位の第2脚部の一方の 脚部の長手方向にある第4領域は、第1面と事実上垂直な面におけるアングル形 状部位の第2脚部のもう一方の脚部の長手方向にある第4領域に対して事実上平 行である。 6 請求項2記載による装置に於いて、第2脚部の長手方向にある第1領域、第 2領域、第3領域、及び第4領域の各々は、当該第2脚部の全長の概ね1/4に 等しい長さを有する。 7 請求項1記載による装置に於いて、第2脚部が持つ長さと断面について、 第1脚部に隣接する第2脚部の長手方向にある第1領域の断面は、事実上半円形 であり、この半円形断面は第1脚部と事実上平行な口径を有し、第1脚部に隣接 する第2脚部の長手方向にある第2領域の断面は、次第に事実上卵形に変化し、 当該卵形断面は第1脚部と事実上平行な主軸を有し、且つ、第2領域に隣接する 第3領域の断面は事実上卵形を保持し、第2脚部の長手方向にある第3領域に隣 請求項23記載による装置に於いて、二重反転装置はアングル形状部位の もう一方の第1脚部の部分と摩擦接触するアングル形状部位のもう一方の第1脚 部の部分を構成する。 27 請求項23記載による装置に於いて、相互に関連するアングル形状部位を 回転させるために、アングル形状部位に補助的に取付けた操作装置を備える。 28 請求項27記載による装置に於いて、操作装置は第2脚部から末梢部にか けて各アングル形状部位の第1脚部に取付けたレバーを備え、各レバーは第1面 における第2脚部と事実上平行に取付けられ、第1面と垂直な面の第2脚部から 突き出すように離して取付けてある。 29 請求項28記載による装置に於いて、アングル形状部位の第2脚部が閉の 状態にある場合、第2脚部は相互に事実上平行で、且つ展開位置では、 レバーを一緒に合わせるように握り締めることで、第2脚部は閉の位置から開の 請求項34記載による装置に於いて、持ち上げ装置は補助的に管状スリー ブに取付けたドブテールを備える。 36 請求項34記載による装置に於いて、取付ブロックは揚力に対応する管状 スリーブと相関的な軸運動を有し、且つ、 取付ブロックの軸運動に対応する揚力を示す表示装置を有する。 37 請求項36記載による装置に於いて、管状部位は管状スリーブに接する接 触面を有し、且つ、揚力表示装置は管状スリーブの隣接面上に表示した目盛を備 えている。 38 請求項36記載による装置に於いて、(a)取付ブロックは以下のものを 備えている。即ち、(1)接触面と対持する第2表面、基準マークを持つ覗き窓 を備えた第2表面、 (2)覗き窓に隣接する曲面をした溝、及び、(b)揚力表示装置は以下のごと きものを含め、補助的に伸長テープを備える。即ち、 引き離し、且つ、 第2脚部を扇形状に展開させるために、相互に関連し合って第1脚部を回転させ る手段を用いて、腹膜外脂肪層から腹膜の更に精密な部分を引き離す。 56 請求項52記載による方法論に於いて、リトラクターの準備手段には揚力 表示器を備えたリトラクターの準備が含まれ、且つ、 リトラクターの第1脚部に揚力を伝える手段には、当該揚力を決定する揚力表示 計による監視を含む。 57 腹壁を持ち上げる方法論は以下のごとき手段からなる。即ち、 (a)相互に関連し合って可動可能な一対のアングル形状部位を備えたりトラク ターを準備し、当該リトラクターは以下のものを含む。即ち、 (1)一般的に平行関係を保つように配置した第1脚部、及び、 (2)第1脚部から端末部に向けて横方向に伸びる第2脚部は、 (i)相互に関連し合って第1脚部の回転に合わせて扇形状に展開し、
