【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、蕗などの薄皮を剥くた
めの皮剥器に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、蕗の薄皮を剥くときは、その茎部
が弱体であるため、ナイフや包丁やキュウリ用の皮剥器
などの手段を使うことができず、指先を使って丁寧に剥
く以外に方法がなかった。これは、アスパラガスの薄皮
を剥くときも同様であった。したがって、指先が皮渋な
どのために黒く着色したり、手指の皮膚面が荒れたりす
る原因となっていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】そこで、本考案は、茎
部が比較的弱体で薄皮になる細長野菜類専用の皮剥器を
提供し、手指の汚れや皮膚の荒れを防止し、料理が楽し
くできるようにすることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は、適当形状に成
る板体に口径の異なる円形孔を適当数設け、この各円形
孔の表面側の周縁部には切刃を突設して成るものであ
る。

【作用】いま例えば蕗の茎の太さを見て、これに合いそ
うな口径の円形孔の一つを選んで板体の表面側である突
切刃側から押し込み、裏面側から引き抜くようにする。
すると、蕗茎部の外皮部分はこの切刃に接して削られな
がら剥けていく。
【０００６】茎部の太さはそれぞれ違うから、その太さ
に合う口径の円形孔を選んで挿入するようにする。

【実施例】１は全体が適当大きさと形状に成る金属製の
板体で、この板体のこみ部２には適当形状の柄体３を設
ける。また、こみ部を延長してこれを柄体３' としても
よい。
【０００８】４は前記板体１の適所に穿設構成した円形
孔で、この円形孔は複数個設けるが、その口径はそれぞ
れ異なるものである。図示では４個とも異径の円形孔で
ある。
【０００９】５はこの各円形孔４の板体表面側の周縁部
に突設した切刃である。

【考案の効果】蕗やアスパラガスの茎部ａのような比較
的弱体で薄皮をもつ細長野菜類の外皮を、確実かつ迅速
に剥き取ることができる。
【００１１】指先を皮剥きに全く使用しないから、手指
が黒く汚れたり、皮膚面が荒れたりすることがなくな
る。
【００１２】皮剥きする茎部の太さの大小に合わせ円形
孔の一つを選んで挿入して皮剥きをすることができ、殆
んどのものの皮剥きを確実に行うことができ、合理的で
ある。
