Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 この考案はシリンダーミシンの送り機構に関し、特に差
動送り機構を有するシリンダーミシンの差動量調整機構
として最も適している。
従来技術 ミシンの差動送り機構では通常、主送り歯を取着する主
送り台及び差動送り歯を取着する差動送り台が主軸に連
動して揺動する送り前後軸に固着の主送りクランク及び
差動送りクランクにそれぞれリンクを介して連結され、
両クランクの揺動により前後動するようになっており、
差動送り量の調整は送り前後軸から径方向に伸びる差動
送りクランクに嵌合し、リンク端に軸着されるスライダ
ーを差動送りクランクに沿って移動させることによって
行われるようにしてある。スライダーの位置の調整は手
動操作機構或いはパルスモータ等の駆動手段によって行
われ、手動操作機構には、フレームに軸着の二又操作レ
バーの二又部にスライダーに軸着の摺動子を嵌合させた
タイプのもの(特公昭47-17019号)、フレームに軸着さ
れる操作レバーと摺動子とをリンクによって連結したタ
イプのもの(特公昭56-15916号)があるが、前者の機構
では第4A図に示されるように、差動送りクランク1の揺
動により描くスライダー2の円弧軌跡を該軌跡に接する
直線で近似させるようにしているため、すなわち差動送
りクランク1の揺動中、スライダー2は二又部3内を往
復直線運動し、理想上の円弧軌跡よりずれるため差動送
りクランク1に沿って微振動するようになり、そのため
両者が摩耗し、ミシンの振動の原因ともなり、差動送り
歯の布送り作用に悪い影響を与える。こうした問題は前
者のタイプのものよりも改善されるが、後者のタイプの
ものにおいてもほゞ同様に生ずる。すなわち第4B図に示
されるようにスライダー6は差動送りクランク7の揺動
中心Cを中心とする理想上の円弧軌跡を描かないで操作
レバー8とリンク9との軸着点bを中心とする円弧軌跡
を描き、両者の間にずれを生ずるからである。
手動操作機構には以上述べたもののほかに特公昭58-195
5号に示されるように、スライダーが実際に動く軌跡を
理想上の円弧軌跡の弦に一致させるようにしたものも知
られているが、この機構についても理想上の円弧軌跡を
直線で近似させようとしているため第4A図に示すタイプ
のものと同様、両軌跡間のずれが比較的大きくなる難点
がある。
上記の問題に対処し、スライダーが実際に動く軌跡と理
想上の軌跡とのずれを極力少なくするため本出願人はさ
きに第4C図に示されるようにスライダーが円弧軌跡e1
描き、しかもその軌跡e2が理想上の軌跡と中央部oで接
するようにしたものについて提案した(実開昭60-13798
3号)。この装置は第4D図に示されるように、上部にス
ライダー11が摺動可能に嵌合する円弧状の案内溝12を有
し、下部の二又を送り前後軸13に摺動かつ回動可能に嵌
合した案内体14と、該案内体に連結される調節レバー15
とより、調節レバー15の回動操作により案内体14が上下
動し、スライダー11が差動送りクランクに沿って移動す
るようになっているが、調節レバー15の下向きの回動に
より案内体14はその下端が同図の一点鎖線で示されるよ
うに、送り前後軸13よりも下方に突出するようになるた
め送り前後軸下方にその分のスペースを要し、シリンダ
ーミシンのようにベッドのスペースが限られいるミシン
には不敵当であった。
考案が解決しようとする問題点 この考案は上記装置をシリンダーミシンに使用できるよ
うに改良したものである。
問題点を解決するための手段 すなわち本案は送り歯を取着した送り台と、該送り台の
上下動機構と、主軸に連動して揺動する送り前後軸、該
軸に固着されるクランク、該クランクに摺動可能に取着
される第1の調節摺動子及び該摺動子と前記送り台を連
結するリンクよりなる前記送り台の前後動機構と、前記
第1の調節摺動子を前記クランクに沿って移動させる操
作機構とを有するシリンダーミシンの送り機構におい
て、前記操作機構が前記送り前後軸の軸線と一致する軸
線の回りに回動可能に軸支され、径方向に二又部又は長
孔を備えたレバー45と、該レバー45の二又部又は長孔に
摺動可能に嵌合する第2の調節摺動子47と、該第2の調
節摺動子47を一側に設け、他側に前記軸線の径方向に曲
率中心を有する円弧状の溝48を形成した案内体46と、該
案内体46の溝48に摺動可能に嵌合し、前記第1の調節摺
動子に摺動可能に軸支される円弧状の第3の調節摺動子
49と、前記第2の調節摺動子47より突出するピン51に係
合し、前記クランクの揺動範囲の一位置において第1の
調節摺動子と同様に前記クランクに沿って前記ピン51を
移動させる案内手段53と、前記ピン51を作動させる操作
レバー55とからなり、前記第3の調節摺動子が溝48内を
摺動して描く円弧軌道が前記送り前後軸を曲率中心とす
る円弧軌道と中央部で接するようにしたことを特徴とす
るものである。ここで操作レバーは例えばピン51が摺動
可能に嵌合する二又または長孔を有し、ミシンフレーム
に軸支される操作軸54に固着されるか或いはレバー53が
軸着される軸52に固定され、レバー53を回動操作できる
ようにしてある。
案内手段はベッドに直接形成され或いはベッドに固定の
案内板に形成され、ピン51が摺動可能に嵌合する長溝や
長孔、或いはクランクが円弧状である場合、該クランク
の曲率中心と一致する軸心の回りに一端を回動可能に軸
支し、他端にピン51を軸着したレバーなどを挙げること
ができる。
本案は送り台が送り前後軸に固着のクランクとリンクを
介して連結される送り機構一般に適用することができる
ものである。こうした送り機構の代表的な例として、差
動送り機構が知られる。
実施例 以下本考案を差動送り機構に適用した例について図面に
より説明する。
主送り歯21を取着した主送り台22には差動送り歯23を取
着した差動送り台24が前後方向に摺動可能に嵌合すると
ともに後部の二又に主軸26に固着の偏心輪27に外嵌する
角駒28が前後方向に摺動可能に嵌合し、また前部には軸
29が嵌挿され、該軸の一端に取着される角駒31が主軸26
に連動して揺動する送り上下軸32に固着の二又33に前後
方向に摺動可能に嵌合している。しかして主送り台22及
び差動送り台24はその前後にそれぞれ上下動機構が設け
られ、これにより前後で同時に持上げられ、或いは下げ
られて水平に上下動するようになっている。34は差動送
り台24の押えである。軸29にはまた他端に摺動面を円筒
状に形成した角駒35が取着され、該角駒35は主軸に連動
して揺動する送り前後軸36に固着の主送りクランク37及
び差動送りクランク38よりなる一組のクランクのうち、
主送りクランク37の二又に上下方向に摺動可能かつ水平
方向に回動可能に嵌合している。このように角駒35の摺
動面を円筒状に形成したことにより主送り台22に取着さ
れる軸29と主送り台22との組付誤差による拗りが解消さ
れ、また差動送りクランク38と主送りクランク37が図示
するように一体形成されるものであっても二又部の加工
が容易である。しかして主送り台22は主送りクランク37
の揺動により角駒28及び31に案内されて前後動する。主
送りクランク37と並立する差動送りクランク38は円弧状
に形成され、第1の調節摺動子10が摺動可能に嵌合して
いる。そして該第1の調節摺動子と差動送り台24より突
設され、差動送りクランク38の揺動範囲内の一位置にお
ける円弧の曲率中心に位置する軸41とがリンク42によっ
て連結され、差動送りクランク38の揺動により差動送り
台24が主送り台22に案内されて前後動するようになって
おり、その量すなわち差動送り量は第1の調節摺動子を
差動送りクランク38に沿って移動し、その位置を変える
ことによって調節される。第1の調節摺動子を移動させ
て差動送り量を変えるために調節機構が設けてあり、次
にこの機構について説明する。
送り前後軸36の延長上においてシリンダーベッド43に取
着される軸44には二又レバー45は軸支され、該二又レバ
ー45の二又部に案内体46に固着した第2の摺動子47が摺
動可能に嵌合し、案内体46には円弧状の案内溝48が形成
され、該溝はその曲率中心が送り前後軸の軸心を通る線
上に位置し、これに第1の調節摺動子に軸支される円弧
状の摺動子49が摺動可能に嵌合している。案内体46はま
た摺動子47より突設されるピン51を有し、該ピンはその
軸心が摺動子49の支軸中心及び第1の調節摺動子とリン
ク42を連結する軸中心と一致するようにして設けてあ
る。そして差動送りクランク38がその摺動中心に位置す
るときの軸41の延長上のシリンダーベッド43には軸52が
軸支され、この軸にレバー53が軸着されており、このレ
バー53の自由端にピン51を軸着している。そしてピン51
と軸52との間の距離が軸41と第1の調節摺動子39の支軸
中心との間の距離に一致させてある。またミシンフレー
ムに軸支される操作軸54に固着の操作レバー55に設けた
長孔56にピン51を摺動可能に嵌合させている。操作軸54
は主軸26に沿って図の右方に伸び、軸端に図示しない手
動レバーなどの適宜の操作手段を固着している。
上記実施例では案内体46に円弧溝48が形成されこれに摺
動子49が嵌合するようになっているが、案内体46を摺動
子として形成するとともに摺動子49に円弧状の案内溝を
形成し、その案内溝に摺動子を嵌合させるようにしても
よい。
また上記実施例ではレバー53によってピン51の動きを案
内するようにしているが、円弧状の長孔や長溝によって
ピン51の動きを案内するようにしてもよい。第4図はそ
の一例を示すもので、ミシンフレームに固定の案内板61
に上記軸52の軸心を曲率中心とする円弧状長孔62を設
け、これによりピン51の動きを案内させるようにしたも
のである 作用 差動送りクランク38が揺動運動を行うのに伴い摺動子49
は案内体46の案内溝48内を往復摺動し、円弧軌道を描く
が、その軌道は第4C図に示されるように中央部において
送り前後軸を曲率中心とする円弧と接する。したがって
摺動子49の軌道と理想上の軌跡とのずれはきわめて少な
くなる。
次に差動送り量の調整は手動レバー等の操作手段により
操作レバー55を上下に回動させることによって行う。す
なわち操作レバー55の上向きの回動により案内体46が軸
52を中心として回動しながら二又レバー45の二又に沿っ
て移動し、或いは案内板61の円弧状長孔62及び二又レバ
ー45の二又に沿って移動して第1の調節摺動子を差動送
りクランク38に沿って押上げる(第3A図)。また操作レ
バー55の下向きの回動時には逆に第1の調節摺動子が差
動送りクランク38に沿って押下げられる(第3B図)。
考案の効果 本案は以上のように、第1の調節摺動子が実際に動く軌
道を円弧軌道にして理想上の軌道と中央部で接するよう
にした送り機構において、スライダーに連結される案内
体46が一固定軸線の回りに回動可能に軸支されるレバー
45に案内されて径方向に移動するようになっており、従
来のこの種送り機構が案内体とレバーを一体形成して上
記軸線に対し、回動かつ径方向に移動するようになって
いるものと比べ、案内体の動きはレバーの長さの範囲内
にとゞまり、上記軸線より突出することはないためレバ
ーが収まるスペース以上のスペースを必要としなくな
り、したがって調整装置を設けるのに必要なスペースを
従来のものよりも少なくすることができ、シリンダーミ
シンのシリンダー径を従来のものと比べより小さくする
ことが可能となり、縫製適用範囲を広げることができ
る。

Claims (5)

  1. 【請求項1】送り歯を取着した送り台と、該送り台の上
    下動機構と、主軸に連動して揺動する送り前後軸、該軸
    に固着されるクランク、該クランクに摺動可能に取着さ
    れる第1の調節摺動子及び該摺動子と前記送り台を連結
    するリンクよりなる前記送り台の前後動機構と、前記第
    1の調節摺動子を前記クランクに沿って移動させる操作
    機構とを有するシリンダーミシンの送り機構において、
    前記操作機構が前記送り前後軸36の軸線と一致する軸線
    の回りに回動可能に軸支され、径方向に摺動部を備えた
    レバー45と、該レバー45の摺動部に摺動可能に嵌合する
    第2の調子摺動子47と、該第2の調子摺動子47を一側に
    設け、他側に前記軸千の径方向に曲率中心を有する円弧
    状の溝48を形成した安定体46と、該案内体46の溝48に摺
    動可能に嵌合し、前記第1の調子摺動子39に街道可能に
    軸支される円弧状の第3の調節摺動子49と、前記第2の
    調子摺動子47より突出するピン51に係合し、前記クラン
    クの揺動範囲の一位置において第1の調子摺動子39と同
    様に前記クランク38に沿って前記ピン51を移動させる案
    内手段53と、前記ピン51を作動させる操作レバー55とか
    らなり、前記第3の調子摺動子49が溝48内を摺動して描
    く円弧軌道が前記送り前後軸36を曲率中心とする円弧軌
    道と中央部で接するようにしたことを特徴とするシリン
    ダーミシンの送り機構

    ッドに固定の案内板に形成され、前記ピン51が摺動可能
