Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 箱型家具を構成する部材中殊に縦囲い等の部
材を折畳み自在として、保管或は運搬に際し場所をとら
ないようにし、組立に際しても簡単にできるようにしよ
うとするものである。 【構成】 地板と天板と縦囲いとよりなる家具におい
て、縦囲いのコ−ナ部分の隣接する縦囲い板相互或は縦
囲い板と縦仕切板の相互を蝶着して折畳み部材を構成
し、互いの折畳み部材を接合自在とすると共に折畳み部
材の下端及び上端は夫々地板と天板に締着自在とした組
立家具である。

本考案は組立家具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来箱物家具は箱型に組み込んで互いの部材を固定したものが殆どである。

【従来技術の欠点】
然し乍らこれらの家具においては保管に場所をとるばかりか、運搬にも困難を 来し、全体として家具の高騰を招いていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案はこれらの欠点を解消すべく開発されたもので、箱型家具を構成する部 材中殊に縦囲い等の部材を折畳み自在として、保管或は運搬に際し場所をとらな いようにし、組立に際しても簡単にできるようにしようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本案を図示の実施例によって詳記すると、地板１と天板２と縦囲い３とよりな る家具において、縦囲い３を構成するコ−ナ部分４の隣接する縦囲い板５、５相 互或は縦囲い板５、５と縦仕切板６の相互を長蝶番７により蝶着して折畳み部材 ８を構成し、折畳み部材８の下端及び上端には突条９を設けて、地板１と天板２ の溝１０に嵌合して接合し、折畳み部材８或は地板１、天板２に埋め込んだ雌雄 の締結金具１１、１１’により締着自在とし、折畳み部材８、８相互の接合部１ ２にも突条９、溝１０を設けて嵌合させ接合する様になっている。
【０００６】 長蝶番７に代えて通常の短蝶番でも良く、又プラスチック、ゴム等の折畳みの できる部材の蝶番でも良いが、長蝶番を用いるときは折畳み部材８の屈曲部分が 補強されて歪みが少なく耐久性の優れた家具を提供できる。
【０００７】 図示の実施例にあっては縦囲い板５、５相互或は縦囲い板５と縦仕切板６の相 互をＬ型に蝶着した折畳み部材８を示したが、Ｍ型に折畳みできるようにしても 良い。

【考案の作用】
本案は以上のごとく構成されるもので、これを組み立てるには地板１上の溝１ ０に折畳み部材８の突条９を嵌合して締結金具１１、１１’により締着する。
【０００９】 折畳み部材８、８相互の接続も突条９、溝１０を嵌合して組み立てていく。

【考案の効果】
本案は叙上の如く、地板と天板と縦囲いとよりなる家具において、縦囲いのコ −ナ部分の隣接する縦囲い板相互或は縦囲い板と縦仕切板の相互を蝶着して折畳 み部材を構成し、互いの折畳み部材の接合自在とすると共に折畳み部材の下端及 び上端は夫々地板と天板に締着自在としてあるので、組立に際しては折畳み部材 を９０度等に開いて安定した状態で立てておくことができて組立作業がし易い。
【００１１】 又保管、運搬に際しては折畳み部材を折畳んで置くことができるので場所を取 らず、狭い入口からも搬入、搬出が簡単にでき全体として安価な家具を提供でき る。

  1. 【請求項１】 地板と天板と縦囲いとよりなる家具にお
    いて、縦囲いのコ−ナ部分の隣接する縦囲い板相互或は
    縦囲い板と縦仕切板の相互を蝶着して折畳み部材を構成
    し、互いの折畳み部材を接合自在とすると共に折畳み部
    材の下端及び上端は夫々地板と天板に締着自在とした組
    立家具。
  2. 【請求項２】 蝶着が長蝶番を用いた請求項１記載の組
    立家具。
