Claims (15)
- 1.細胞結合受容体が不活性化されたウイルスと、抗体、抗体のフラグメントお よび抗原結合性ペプチドから選択される抗原結合性物質との間の複合体において 、上記物費は、哺乳動物細胞の表面上における特異的抗原であってその細胞表面 へのそのウイルスの結合を他の様式で仲介する細胞構造とは異なる特異的抗原と 相互作用する能力を有し、しかもその抗原はウイルスベクターまたは感染性ウイ ルスの哺乳動物細胞への侵入を仲介する能力を有する複合体。
- 2.物質はモノクローナル抗体である請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 3.物質は、化学的手段、または抗体遺伝子もしくは抗体遺伝子に由来する情報 を含有するDNA配列の発現のいずれかによって製造された全抗体のフラグメン トである請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 4.物費は、抗体配列に由来するまたは由来しないいずれかの抗原結合ペプチド である請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 5.物質は化学的接合によってウイルスに結合する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載の複合体。
- 6.物質は、免疫試剤たとえは抗−種抗体、アビジンまたはストレプトアビジン によって、ウイルスに架橋された請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合体。
- 7.物質は、ウイルスならびに細胞抗原の両者に結合する二官能性抗体である請 求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の複合体。
- 8.1種または複数種の抗体結合部位は、ウイルスゲノム中への1種もしくは複 数種の抗体遺伝子または1種もしくは複数種の抗体結合構造をコードする1種も しくは複数種のDNA配列のクローニングにより、ウイルス表面に発現させる請 求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合体。
- 9.物質は細胞へのウイルスの侵入を仲介できる細胞抗原と反応性を示す請求項 1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合体。
- 10.ウイルスの細胞受容体は、化学的手段により、特異的抗体により、または ウイルスゲノムの遺伝子操作技術によって不活性化された請求項1〜9のいずれ かに記載の複合体。
- 11.ウイルスの細胞受容体またはその部分の遺伝子が抗体遺伝子によって置換 された請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合体。
- 12.医療用に使用される請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の複合体。
- 13.治療目的で遺伝子を細胞または臓器に導入するためのベクターとして用い られる請求項12に記載の複合体。
- 14.治療目的で細胞表面上にウイルス抗原を発現させるために用いられる請求 項13に記載の複合体。
- 15.治療目的で、物質が反応性を示す抗原を有する細胞に感染を起こさせるた めに用いられる請求項13に記載の複合体。
