Description
Claims (14)
- 1.単一結晶または凝集物を含有するモレキュラーシーブであって、前記結晶ま たは凝集物は、100nmまたはそれ未満の平均最大寸法を有し、前記モレキュ ラーシーブは、最長寸法の分散が平均最長寸法の15%未満であるような結晶ま たは凝集物のサイズ分布を存し、コロイド状の懸濁液を形成することができるこ とを特徴とする前記モレキュラーシーブ。
- 2.最長寸法の分散が、平均最長寸法の10%未満である請求の範囲第1項に記 載のモレキュラーシーブ。
- 3.MFI、MELまたはβ型ゼオライトである請求の範囲第1項または第2項 に記載のモレキュラーシーブ。
- 4.請求の範囲第1項に記載の単一結晶または凝集物を含有するモレキュラーソ ーブの製造方法であって、 (a)シリカ源、及び (b)前記シリカ源を混合物中に実質的に完全に溶解させるために十分な量の、 水酸化物の形態の有機構造指示剤を含有する、沸騰水性合成混合物を調製し、次 いで、 前記合成混合物を120℃またはそれ未満の温度において結晶化することを含む 前記製造方法。
- 5.前記合成混合物が、さらに、アルミニウム、ガリウム、ホウ素、クロム、鉄 、バナジウム、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属の源からなる請求の範囲第 4項に記載の製造方法。
- 6.前記合成混合物が、前記合成混合物の結晶化においてMFIまたはMELゼ オライトを生成するために十分な量で存在する成分を含む請求の範囲第4項また は第5項に記載の製造方法。
- 7.前記合成混合物が、アルミニウム源も含むゼオライトβの製造のための請求 の範囲第4項に記載の製造方法。
- 8.前記シリカ源が、固形物の形態で前記合成混合物に添加され、前記合成混合 物が激しく撹拌される請求の範囲第4項〜第7項のいずれか1項に記載の製造方 法。
- 9.シリカ源が、ケイ酸である請求の範囲第8項に記載の製造方法。
- 10.前記合成混合物中の前記構造指示剤とシリカのモル比が、0.2またはそ れより大きい値である請求の範囲第4項〜第9項のいずれか1項に記載の製造方 法。
- 11.有機構造指示剤が、水酸化テトラメチルアンモニウム、水酸化テトラエチ ルアンモニウム、水酸化テトラプロピルアンモニウムまたは水酸化テトラブチル アンモニウムである請求の範囲第4項〜第10項のいずれか1項に記載の製造方 法。
- 12.OH/SiO2のモル比で示される前記初期合成混合物のアルカリ度が、 1またはそれ未満である請求の範囲第4項〜第11項のいずれか1項に記載の製 造方法。
- 13.請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載された、または請求の範 囲第4項〜第12項のいずれか1項により製造されたモレキュラーシーブの安定 なコロイド状懸濁液。
- 14.請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載された、若しくは請求の 範囲第4項〜第12項のいずれか1項により製造されたモレキュラーシーブまた は請求の範囲第13項に記載のコロイド状懸濁液のモレキュラーシーブ結晶の製 造での播種としての使用。
