<Prior Art> Conventionally, it is well known that a box material having side plate pieces around a bottom plate is transported in an expanded state in which a bending groove is formed and assembled at a place of use (for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-57073). Issue).

However, application of a bonding agent such as an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive to the groove for bending often depends on manual work, resulting in poor production efficiency, high cost, and uneven application accuracy. It was a thing. For this reason, attempts have been made to rationalize and to make the accuracy uniform by using an automatic machine or the like, but it has been difficult to uniformly apply the bonding agent to the slope of the bending groove.

In particular, when using a bonding agent such as a pressure-sensitive adhesive or a type of adhesive (including a pressure-sensitive adhesive) that does not adhere to other adhesives after drying, it is necessary to apply the bonding agent evenly and thinly. It was supposed to be difficult.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The state of the bonding agent in the case where the bonding agent is applied to the bending groove of the unfolded box material in advance and transported, and assembled at the place of use, flows out during transportation, It is necessary not to cause blocking, to melt the bonding agent again at the place of use, or to make a box by a box making machine. Therefore, it is a problem to apply the bonding agent to the bending groove as thinly as possible.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In the method for manufacturing an assembled box material according to the present invention for solving the above problems, a substantially V-shaped bending groove is formed in a developed box material having side plate pieces around a bottom plate. Then, a predetermined amount of the bonding agent is injected into the bending groove, and after the injection, the side plate pieces are temporarily erected, and the bonding agent is spread over the entire slope of the bending groove to reopen and expand. .

<Operation> According to the method for manufacturing an assembled box material according to the present invention described above, a bonding agent such as an adhesive is injected into the bending groove, and then the side plate piece is temporarily raised to restore the original expanded state again. Only by applying the bonding agent, it is possible to spread the adhesive coating evenly and thinly on the slope of the groove for bending.
Injection with a simple injection device can be realized, and the stability of the bonding agent during transportation of the box material can be improved.

FIGS. 3 (1) to (4) show a state from the application of the bonding agent A to the bending groove 30 to the spreading of the bonding agent over the entire slope. First, as shown in FIG. 1A, a predetermined amount of high-viscosity liquid bonding agent A is injected into the bending groove 30, and after the injection, the side plate piece 20 is temporarily raised with the bending groove 30 as a boundary. That is, Figure (2)
When the state is raised to the state shown in FIG. 3 through the state of (3), the bonding agent A in the bending groove 30 spreads evenly and thinly on the entire slope of the bending groove 30. When the bonding agent A is opened again to the developed state shown in FIG. (4) before the bonding agent A is cured, a thinly applied developed state is obtained.

As shown in FIG. 3 (3), it is preferable that the bonding agent A does not stick out from the bending groove 30, and the injection amount of the bonding agent A and the bending angle (90 °) at which the side plate piece 20 is raised. This is intended to uniformly apply the bonding agent A to the slope of the bending groove 30 in relation to (max). Therefore, the injection amount of the bonding agent A varies depending on the thickness of the box material and the type of the bonding agent. For example, when the thickness of the box material is 7 mm and the bonding agent is the natural rubber emulsion type, the injection amount is 0.2 to 0.8 g / 10 cm 2 , Bending angle 75 ° ~ 8
About 5 ° is preferable. However, the above-mentioned numerical values may vary in practice depending on the difference in type such as a type in which the bonding agent is a pressure-sensitive adhesive or does not adhere unless it is an adhesive after drying, and the cutting state of the bending groove.

In the figure, 50 is a hopper that stacks and stacks a plurality of box materials P after forming the bending grooves 30, and the box materials P are pushed out from the hopper 50 one by one by a pusher (not shown) and rolled.
While being fed by 51, 51 ', an appropriate amount is injected into the bending groove 30 of the box material P by a bonding agent injection gun (dispenser) 52. The box material P after pouring is sent as it is sandwiched between a pair of upper and lower conveyors 53, 53 'and is provided in the vicinity of both sides of the lower conveyor 56' for folding and raising guide bars 54, 54 '. Thereby, the side plate piece 20 of the box material P is gradually raised, and when it is raised up to a predetermined angle, it is guided to return to the original expanded state again. The conveyor 53 on the upper side is formed in a size narrower than the width when the side plate piece 20 stands up in consideration of the rise of the side plate piece 20.

If the same operation as described above is performed with the box material P inverted by 90 °, the bonding agent A can be uniformly and thinly applied to all the cross grooves 30 for bending. After the application is completed, the unnecessary ears 40 of the box material P may be removed in the subsequent cutting step.

If a conveyor capable of sailing in a direction perpendicular to the box material P is used as the execution device, the above-mentioned coating can be easily performed, but the bonding agent is injected into the box material from a bending groove which is a boundary between the bottom plate and the side plate piece. Any structure may be used as long as it is a device capable of raising the side plate piece at a desired angle later. For example, if the bottom plate can be moved vertically even if the side plate pieces do not directly rise, the side plate pieces substantially stand up in conjunction with each other, so that various devices can be used in practice.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the method for manufacturing an assembled box material according to the present invention, it becomes possible to easily apply the bonding agent as uniformly and thinly as possible to the slope of the bending groove. It is a cost-effective method that can be carried out efficiently by using a simple device without depending on work, and can maintain the bonding agent in a state suitable for transporting the assembly box material to the site of use and assembling it at the site of use. The conventional problems caused by the non-uniform application can be solved.
