が不十分であるほか、軸孔の両端口には別途軸受金具を
嵌着して使用しなければならないことが多く、軸受部が
肉厚で強度の大なる車輪を効率よく成形できないという
問題点があった。

態に保持し、 金型内にセットされたパリソンの両側を型締の際に
インサート部材により局部的に押し付け、 パリソンの対向する中央部付近同志を局部的に融着
させた後、 金型に突設した貫通孔よりエアーを吹込むことによ
り、 パリソンから中空状の車輪本体を形成すると共にイ
ンサート部材から軸受部を形成しかつ両者を同時に固着
するようにした ことを技術的手段とするものである。
