Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.入口流路(36,38,40)によってディストリビュータヘッドの入口オ リフィスに接続する少なくとも1つの流路系統(30,32,34)からなり、 入口流路は、相当数の段の分岐路および中間流路(60,62,64)において 、相当数の出口流路(66,68,70)に分岐し、これらの出口流路が出口オ リフィスの中心線まわりの周面で終わっており、これらの出口流路が出口オリフ ィスに開いていることを特徴とする、押出成形機に接続できるようになった、1 つのプラスチック材料の流れのための少なくとも1つの入口オリフィス(10, 12,14)と、環状横断面の出口オリフィス(20,22,24)とからなる 、1つまたはそれ以上の押し出し熱可塑性材料の流れから管状形材を形成するた めのディストリビュータヘッド(1)。 2.1つの流路が分岐部毎に2つの別の流路に分岐することを特徴とする請求項 1記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 3.出口流路(66,68,70)がほぼ同じ共通の距離で終わっていることを 特徴とする請求項1または2記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 4.出口オリフィスに面する扇形の口(72,74,76)が各出口流路に接続 してあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のディストリビュ ータヘッド。 5.扇形口がそれらの吐出端で側方に互いに隣り合っていることを特徴とする請 求項4記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 6.1つの分岐部の下流の流路の横断面積が互いに等しく、また、この分岐部の 上流側の流路の横断面積にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか 1つに記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 7.1つの流路系統と組み合った流路を通るすべての径路がこの流路系統の入口 オリフィスと出口オリフィスの間でほぼ同じ長さを有し、すべての径路の流路の 横断面の変化がほぼ同じであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに 記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 8.環状の流路(54、56、58)が出口オリフィス(20、22、24)に 接続しており、この流路の横断面積が出口オリフィスとスロート部(59,61 ,63)の間の第1帯域において減少し、このスロート部の下流側の第2帯域で 増大し、第1または第2の帯域において材料流の流量がそれぞれ毎秒最大5倍で 増減することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のディストリビュ ータヘッド。 9.各分岐部で、この分岐部の上流側の流路とこの分岐部の下流側の流路とのな す最小角度が90度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つ に記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 10.多数のボデー(2,3,4)からなり、各ボデーが1つの分岐段と組み合っ たすべての流路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記 載のディストリビュータヘッド。 11.ボデーがほぼ円盤状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10項のいずれか1つ に記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 12.ボデー(3,4)がディストリビュータヘッドの外周に係合する締め付けリ ング(7)とボデーの軸線方向内径穴を貫いて延びるコア(5)とによってディ ストリビュータヘッド(1)内に固定されていることを特徴とする請求11記載の ディストリビュータヘッド。 13.流路がほぼ円形の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜12のい ずれか1つに記載のディストリビュータヘッド。 14.複数の同心の出口オリフィスと多数の入口オリフィスとを有することを特徴 とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載のディストリビュータヘッド。
