Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)(i)電子供与体を添加することなく、モル比約8:0.5〜約8 :3で、ハロゲン化マグネシウム担持基剤と三ハロゲン化アルミニウムとを一緒 に細粉砕し、(ii)それから、電子供与体を添加することなく、段階(i)の 生成物と、ハロゲン化マグネシウム対四ハロゲン化チタンモル比約8:0.1〜 約8:10を与えるに充分の四ハロゲン化チタンとを一緒に細粉砕することを包 含する方法により調製した固体担持触媒成分 (b)Al/Ti比が約50:1〜約500:1である量の、各アルキル基中に炭素 原子1〜9個を持つトリアルキルアルミニウム共触媒 (c)有機アルミニウム共触媒対アルコキシシランモル比が約20:1〜約45 :1の範囲内にあるのに充分量のアルコキシシラン成分より成る触媒系存在の下 にプロピレンと1−ブテンとの単量体を反応させ、 その無定形共重合体がプロピレン含量25〜50重量%並に1−ブテン含量75 〜50重量%であることを特徴とするプロピレン/1−ブテン共重合体の製造方 法。 2.プロピレンと1−ブテンとの単量体を温度130〜150゜Fで重合させ る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.プロピレンと1−ブテンとの単量体を圧力250〜350psigで重合させ る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.アルコキシシランを構造式RnSi(OR´)4-n、ここでn=1〜3であ り、R=アリール基またはアルキル基であり、そしてR´=C1〜3基で表される アルコキシシランの群から選択する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.アルコキシシランを、シクロヘキシル.メチルジメトキシシランとフェニ ルトリエトキシシランとから成る群から選択する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。 6.アルコキシシランを、ジメチルジエトキシシランとドデシルトリエトキシ シランとメチルフェニルジエトキシシランとジメチルジイソプロペノキシシラン とメチルオクチルジメトキシシランとメチルトリエトキシシランとより成る群か ら選択する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.共重合体が引張強度少くとも300psigであることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8.(a)(i)電子供与体を添加することなく、モ ツ比約8:05〜約8:3で、ハロゲン化マグネシウム担持基剤と三ハロゲン化 アルミニウムとを一緒に細粉砕し、(ii)それから、電子供与体を添加するこ となく、段階(i)の生成物と、ハロゲン化マグネシウム対四ハロゲン化チタン モル比約8:0.1〜約8:10を与えるに充分の四ハロゲン化チタンとを一緒 に細粉砕することを包含する方法により調製した固体担持触媒成分(b)Al/Ti 比約50:1〜約500:1であるような量の、各アルキル基中に炭素原子1〜 9個を持つトリアルキルアルミニウム共触媒 (c)有機アルミニウム共触媒対アルコキシシランモル比が約20:1〜約45 :1の範囲内にあるのに充分量の、構造式RnSi(OR´)4-n、ここでn=1 〜3であり、R=アリール基またはアルキル基であり、R´=C1〜3アルキル基 である、で表されるアルコキシシラン成分より成る触媒系の存在の下にプロピレ ンと1−ブテンとの単量体を反応させ、その無定形共重合体はプロピレン含量2 5〜50重量%並に1−ブテン含量75〜50重量%であり、引張強度少くとも 300psigであることを特徴とする無定形プロピレン/1−ブテン共重合体の製 造方法。 9.プロピレンと1−ブテンとの単量体を130〜150゜Fの温度で重合さ せる、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.プロピレンと1−ブテンとの単量体を圧力250〜350psigで重合さ せる、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 12.アルコキシシランを、シクロヘキシルメチルジメトキシシランとフェニ ルトリエトキシシランとより成る群から選択する、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方 法。 13.アルコキシシランを、ジメチルジエトキシシランとドデシルトリエトキ シシランと、メチルフェニルジエトキシシランとジメチルジイソプロペノキシシ ランとメチルオクチルジメトキシシランとメチルトリエトキシシランとより成る 群から選択する、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 14.300psigより大きい引張強度を特徴とし、ヘプタン不溶物を含有せず 、さらに検出できる融解熱を持たないことを特徴とする、プロピレン20〜50 重量%と1−ブテン75〜50重量%とを包含する共重合体。 15.(a)(i)電子供与体を添加することなく、モル比約8:0.5〜約 8:3でハロゲン化マグネシウム担持基剤と三ハロゲン化アルミニウムとを一緒 に細粉砕し、(ii)それから、電子供与体を添加することなく、段階(i)の 生成物と、ハロゲン化マグネシウム対 四ハロゲン化チタンモル比約8:0.1〜約8:10を与えるのに充分な四塩化 チタンとを一緒に細粉砕することを包含する方法により調製された固体担持触媒 成分 (b)Al/Ti比が約50:1〜約500:1である量の、各アルキル基中に炭素 原子1〜9個を持つトリアルキルアルミニウム共触媒 (c)有機アルミニウム共触媒対アルコキシシランモル比が約20:1〜約45 :1の範囲内にある充分量のアルコキシシラン成分 を包含する触媒系の存在の下でプロピレンと1−ブテンとの単量体を反応させる と包含する方法により共重合体を製造する、請求の範囲第13項に記載の共重合 体。 16.共重合体を、温度130〜150°Fの温度でプロピレンと1−ブテン との単量体を重合させることにより製造する、請求の範囲第13項に記載の共重 合体。 17.共重合体を圧力250〜350psigでプロピレント1−ブテンとの単量 体を重合させることにより製造する。請求の範囲第13項に記載の共重合体。 18.共重合体を、n=1〜3であり、R=アリール基またはアルキル基であ り、R´=C1〜3アルキル基である、構造式RnSi(OR´)4-nで表されるア ルコキシシランの群から選んだアルコキシシランを用い て製造する、請求の範囲第13項に記載の共重合体。 19.共重合体を、シクロヘキシルメチルジメトキシシランとフェニルトリエ トキシシランとより成る群から選択したアルコキシシランを用いて製造する、請 求の範囲第13項に記載の共重合体。 20.共重合体を、ジメチルジエトキシシランとドデシルトリエトキシシラン とメチルフェニルジエトキシシランとジメチルジイソプロペノキシシランとメチ ルオクチルジメトキシシランとメチルトリエトキシシシランとより成る群から選 択したアルコキシシランを用いて製造する、請求の範囲第13項に記載の共重合 体。
