Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 腫瘍の治療に使用するための発現ベクターであって、熱ショックポリペプチ ド(hsp)またはシャペロンであるポリペプチドを発現可能な形態でコードする 少なくとも一つの配列を含む核酸を含むベクター。 2. ポリペプチドがシャパラロニンである請求項1に記載の発現ベクター。 3. ポリペプチドが細菌のhsp である請求項1に記載の発現ベクター。 4. hsp がマイコバクテリウム・レプラエ(Mycobacterium leprae)65kD hspま たはマイコバクテリウム・レプラエ70kD hspである請求項3に記載の発現ベクタ ー。 5. マイコバクテリウム・レプラエ65kD hsp、マイコバクテリウム・レプラエ70 kD hspまたはマイコバクテリウム・ツバキュロシス(Mycobacterium tuberculosi s)の65kDa 抗原をコードする配列を含む核酸を含む発現ベクター以外の熱ショッ クポリペプチドを発現可能な形態でコードする配列を含む発現ベクター。 6. ウイルスである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクター。 7. 核酸がRNA である請求項6に記載の発現ベクター。 8. 不能状態のレトロウイルスである請求項7に記載の発現ベクター。 9. レトロウイルスシャトルベクターである請求項7に記載の発現ベクター。 10. pZIPNeoSV(x)である請求項9に記載の発現ベクター。 11. ワクシニアウイルスである請求項6に記載の発現ベクター。 12. アデノウイルスである請求項6に記載の発現ベクター。 13. プラスミドである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクター。 14. エピソームベクターである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクタ ー。 15. 腫瘍関連抗原をコードする配列を更に含む請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記 載の発現ベクター。 16. インターロイキンをコードする配列を更に含む請求項1〜15のいずれか一項 に記載の発現ベクター。 17. 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクターを含む細胞。 18. 細胞が請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクターを含む腫瘍細胞系 。 19. 請求項17または18に記載のヒト細胞または細胞系。 20. 請求項1に記載のポリペプチドを発現可能な形態でコードする異種核酸をゲ ノム中に有する細胞またはウイルス。 21. 腫瘍関連抗原をコードする配列を有する発現ベクターを更に含む請求項17〜 20のいずれか一項に記載の細胞または細胞系。 22. 腫瘍関連抗原またはインターロイキンをコードする配列を有する発現ベクタ ーを更に含む請求項6〜12のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクター。 23. 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクター、細胞、細胞系またはウ イルスおよび医薬上許容可能な担体を含む医薬組 成物。 24. 担体がリポソームである請求項23に記載の医薬組成物。 25. 腫瘍関連抗原またはインターロイキンをコードする配列を有する発現ベクタ ーを更に含む請求項23または24に記載の医薬組成物。 26. 無毒性の有効量の請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクター、細胞 系、細胞またはウイルスを含む医薬組成物。 27. ポリペプチドをコードする遺伝子をベクターにクローン化することを含む、 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクターの生産方法。 28. ポリペプチドをコードする遺伝子をベクターにクローン化し、そのベクター を細胞または細胞系に移入することを含む、請求項17〜21のいずれか一項に記載 の細胞または細胞系の生産方法。 29. 腫瘍の治療用の薬剤を製造するための請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の 発現ベクター、細胞系、細胞またはウイルスの使用。 30. 腫瘍の治療用の薬剤を製造するための請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の 核酸の使用。 31. 治療が既存の腫瘍の治療である請求項29または30に記載の使用。 32. 治療が予防である請求項29または30に記載の使用。 33. 無毒性の有効量の請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の発現ベクター、細胞 系、細胞若しくはウイルスまたは請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の核酸を宿 主に投与することを含む腫瘍の治療方法。 34. 宿主が健康であり、かつ治療が予防である請求項33に記載の治療方法。 35. 宿主が腫瘍を有し、かつ処置が治療である請求項33に記載の治療方法。 36. 熱ショックポリペプチド(hsp)またはシャペロンであるポリペプチドを発 現可能な形態でコードする少なくとも一つの配列を含む核酸を含む治療薬として 使用するための発現ベクター。
