Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.細長い管状ノズルと、最初に前記ノズルの上流側端に近接するノズルを通る 流路を閉鎖する破裂可能の膜と、前記膜に近接して配置された治療薬の粒子と、 膜を破裂させ、かつノズルを介して前記粒子が連行される超音速ガス流を生じさ せるための十分な気体圧力を膜の上流側に作用させるための付勢手段とから成る 無針注射器。 2.前記付勢手段が膜の上流側に配置される1つのチャンバと、前記チャンバ内 の気体圧力を制御増加するための手段とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の注射器。 3.前記チャンバ内の圧力を増加するための手段がブリード弁を介してチャンバ に接続される圧縮ガス源を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の注射 器。 4.内蔵式および可搬式であり、かつ該注射器自体の圧縮ガスの貯蔵器を組込む ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の注射器。 5.チャンバの上流側端が無菌障壁で閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2ないし4項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 6.無菌障壁が、気体を通過させるが菌は通過させない半透膜であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の注射器。 7.チャンバが円筒状であり、かつ無菌障壁がピストンであり、前記円筒状のチ ャンバの中でガスを圧縮するためにピストンを前進させる手段を備えることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の注射器。 8.ピストンを前進するための手段が前記ピストンの上流側端に作用する圧縮ガ ス源であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の注射器。 9.内蔵式および可搬式であって、かつ前記注射器自体の圧縮ガスの貯蔵器が組 込まれ、かつピストンをガス圧力に曝すために手動開閉式のバルブを備えること を特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の注射器。 10.ピストンを前進させるための手段が、付勢して配設され、さらにピストン を前進させるために手動式に解除されるばねを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第7項に記載の注射器。 11.ピストンが前進する前の当初のチャンバ内のガス超大気圧以上であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第7ないし10項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 12.ピストンの先導端が凸状であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7ないし1 1項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 13.膜を裂開するために膜の上流側に作用するガスが空気よりも軽いことを特 徴とする上記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 14.ノズル内側を横切って伸長する2つの破裂可能の隔膜の間に配設された粒 子が粉末治療薬であることを特徴とする上記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の 注射器。 15.少なくとも3つの隔膜が、隣接する前記隔膜の1つとの間に異なる粒子タ イプのための分割スペースを提供することを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記 載の注射器。 16.破裂可能の膜が破裂可能の隔膜によって提供されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第14項または15項に記載の注射器。 17.粒子を含有する共通のプラスチック包装またはカプセルを形成するために 隔膜が周縁端とともに密封されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14ないし16 項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 18.2つの隔膜の少なくとも1つが、隔膜端の半径方向内側に大多数の粒子を 配置するのに十分な仕切りを提供するために他の隔膜より凹んでいることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第14ないし17項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 19.膜の下流側でノズルの内側が実質的に大気圧で空気よりも軽いガスを含み 、前記軽ガスがノズルの下流側端において容易に着脱可能のシールを介して入れ られていることを特徴とする上記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 20.前記シールが着脱可能のプラグまたはキャップであることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第19項に記載の注射器。 21.前記シールが剥離可能のフォイルであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 9項に記載の注射器。 22.ノズル内に含まれるガスがヘリウムであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 19ないし21項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 23.ノズルが膜の下流側で先細/末広になることを特徴とする上記請求の範囲 のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 24.ターゲットとノズルとの間に正の間隔を提供するためにノズルの下流側端 にスペーサが提供されることを特徴とする上記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載 の注射器。 25.前記間隔が35mmまで、好ましくは5〜15mmの範囲にあることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第24項に記載の注射器。 26.スペーサが十分な大きさと形状とをもつ管状側板であり、これにより、使 用時にノズル出口から流出するガス随行粒子の噴流が阻止されず、かつ横断面に 対する広がりが側板の下流側端の位置レベルで少なくとも5倍の出口区域になる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第24または25項に記載の注射器。 27.スペーサが無孔管状側板であって、かつ消音器が、スペーサ側板を通って ターゲット背後から反射される衝撃波を受け取るために管状ノズルを取り囲む円 筒部内の環状スペースの中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項24ないし26 のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 28.少なくとも無菌ノズルと、膜および粒子とから成る使い捨て可能の下流側 部分と、少なくとも付勢手段の一部を含む上流側部分との2つの部分に容易に分 割可能であることを特徴とする上記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 29.請求項5ないし12の少なくともいずれか1項に関係する場合、使い捨て 可能の部分もチャンバと無菌障壁とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第28項 に記載の注射器。 30.請求の範囲第28項または29項に記載の注射器の下流側の使い捨て可能 の部分を含む無菌包装体。 31.上記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の注射器の又は注射器のための密封 ユニットと、膜周縁端を取り囲み他の膜の1つに直接的または間接的に密封され ている2つの隔膜を含むユニットと、かつ経皮注入のための粉末治療薬の粒子を 含むユニットとから成る治療用途のための製品。 32.密封された破裂可能のプラスチック包装またはカプセル形状を特徴とする 請求の範囲第31項に記載の製品。 33.前記プラスチック包装が少なくとも3つの隔膜から成り、一緒に注入され る異なる粉末治療薬を入れる少なくとも2つの区画室を備えていることを特徴と する請求の範囲第32項に記載の製品。 34.粉末治療薬が湿式混合された場合に不安定となる安定した薬剤混合物であ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第31ないし33項のいずれか1項に記載の製品 。 35.治療薬がインシュリンを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第31ないし3 4項のいずれか1項に記載の製品。 36.粒子が0.1〜250μmの範囲が多数を占める粒径であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第29ないし33項のいずれか1項に記載の製品。 37.前記粒径範囲が1〜50μm、好ましくは10〜20μmであることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第36項に記載の製品。 38.ノズルと、粉末治療薬の粒子と、活性化状態においてノズルを介して少な くとも200m/sec、好ましくは200〜2500m/secの範囲の速度 で前記粒子を供給する付勢手段と、前記粒子が0.1〜250μmの範囲を多数 を占める粒径と、0.1〜25g/cm3の範囲の密度とを有し、かつ作用薬が 治療目的を有する薬剤を含むことを特徴とする治療用途のための無針注射器。 39.作用薬が不活性キャリヤまたは希釈剤を含まず、又はこれらを少量含むこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第38項に記載の注射器。 40.速度範囲が500〜1500m/sec、好ましくは750〜1000m /secの間にあり、および/または粒径範囲が1〜50μm、好ましくは10 〜20μmの間にあり、および/または密度範囲が0.5〜2.0g/cm3、 好ましくは実質的に1.0g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第38 または39項に記載の注射器。 41.作用薬が請求の範囲第34または35項に記載されたものであることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第38ないし40項のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。 42.粉末治療薬粒子の経皮投入が、経皮投与位置において少なくとも200m /sec、好ましくは200〜2500m/secの速度範囲の粒子投与から成 り、前記粒子が0.1〜250μmの範囲を多数が占める粒径と、0.1〜25 g/cm3の範囲の密度とを有し、かつ作用薬が治療用途を有する薬剤から成る 治療処置方法。 43.前記作用薬が不活性キャリヤまたは希釈剤を含まず、またはそれらを少量 含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第42項に記載の方法。 44.速度範囲が500〜1500m/sec、好ましくは750〜1000m /secの間にあり、および/または粒径範囲が1〜50μm、好ましくは10 〜20μmの間にあり、および/または密度範囲が0.5〜2.0g/cm3、 好ましくは実質的に1.0g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第42 または43項に記載の方法。 45.前記作用薬が請求の範囲第34または35項に記載されたものであること を特徴とする請求の範囲第42ないし44項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 46.ノズルと、粉末治療薬の粒子と、活性化状態において2〜10kg/se c/m、好ましくは4〜7kg/sec/mの運動量密度をもつ粒子を供給する 付勢手段とから成る無針注射器。 47.粉末治療薬粒子の経皮投入から成り、経皮投与の位置において2〜10k g/sec/m、好ましくは4〜7kg/sec/mの運動量密度での粒子投与 を含むことから成る治療処置方法。
