Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.長手に延び平行直六面体の弁ハウジング(10;10a)とソレノイド装置(12 )とを備え、弁ハウジングは2個の密封着座部と方形のチヤンバ(26)と棒状の 接極子(28)とを有し、接極子(28)はチヤンバ(26)内に収納され、戻しバネ (50)により2個のスイツチング位置の1に位置するように予め負荷が加えられ 、ソレノイド装置(12)は密封着座部と対向するハウジンクの側部で弁ハウジン グ(10;10a)に当接され、接極子(28)は鈍縁部(30)がソレノイド装置12と 対向して旋回可能に装着され、接極子(28)はチヤンバ(26)内に可動に挿入さ れ、接極子(28)の鈍縁部(30)は位置安定化を要することなく均等に支承する 面(24)を有し、戻しバネ(50)は密封着座部と対向する接極子の部位で接極子 (28)を窪み部(44)に係入し弁ハウジング(10)上の位置に安定化することを 特徴とする電磁弁。 2.チヤンバ(26)の内壁は接極子(28)に対する止め面として機能し、接極子 (28)が2スイツチング位置においてチヤンバ(26)の内壁から移動自在の十分 な距離離間されることを特徴とする請求項1の電磁弁。 3.接極子(28)の窪み部(44)が密封着座部の一と対向して配置されることを 特徴となる請求項1または請求項2の電磁弁。 4.別の窪み部(42)が他方の密封着座部と対向して接極子(28)に配置される ことを特徴とする請求項3の電磁弁。 5.各密封部(46、48)か接極子(28)の窪み部(42、44)内に配置され、各密 封着座部かチヤンバ内に突出するノズル(38、40)の端部に設けられることを特 徴とする請求項4の電磁弁。 6.密封部(46、48)が接極子(28)のくぼみ部内において全方向に可動に支承 されることを特徴とする請求項5の電磁弁。 7.ノズル(40)の一方がコイル状の戻しバネ(50)により外囲されることを特 徴とする請求項5または請求項6の電磁弁。 8.くぼみ部内の各作動突出部(78、80)が接極子(28)と柔軟性を持たせて連 結され、且つ作動突出部(78、80)はチヤンバ(26)の床部の開口部を貫通しこ れと隣接する弁チヤンバ(70)内へ突出するよう設けられ、弁チヤンバ(70)は 密封着座部を有し、ダイアフラム(72)によりチヤンバ(26)から分離され、作 動突出部(78、80)は接極子(28)から離間して対向する端部においてダイアフ ラム(72)と連結され、ダイアフラムには各密封着座部と対向する密封部材(74 、76)が一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4の電磁弁。 9.床部の開口部の一方がチヤンバ(26)内に突出するリングカラー部材(86) により外囲され、リングカラー部材がコイル状の戻しバネ(50)の一端部を外囲 させてなることを特徴とする請求項8の電磁弁。 10.チヤンバを閉鎖する分離プレート(60)がソレノイド装置(12)と弁ハウジ ング(10)との間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一の電 磁弁。 11.分離プレート(60)の、磁極(16、22)と対向する領域が磁気的に導通にさ れ、残領域が磁気的に非導通にされることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか 一の電磁弁。
