Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.骨形態形成蛋白および適当なマトリックス担体からなる組成物を含む人工 神経代替容器からなる神経代替デバイス。 2.骨形態形成蛋白が、BMP−2、BMP−4、BMP−5、BMP−6、 BMP−7およびBMP−2/6ならびにBMP−2/7のヘテロダイマーから なる群より選択される請求項1のデバイス。 3.骨形態形成蛋白が、BMP−2、BMP−4、BMP−2/6ヘテロダイ マーおよびBMP−2/7ヘテロダイマーからなる群より選択される請求項2の デバイス。 4.マトリックスが、コラーゲン、フィブリン組織接着物質、ラミニン、ヒア ルロン酸およびコンドロイチン硫酸プロテオグリカン類からなる群より選択され る適当な材料からなる請求項1のデバイス。 5.マトリックスがコラーゲンからなる請求項4のデバイス。 6.コラーゲンがスポンジの形態である請求項5のデバイス。 7.人工神経代替容器が開口したシラスティック管からなる請求項1のデバイ ス。 8.哺乳動物における神経細胞の増殖を誘導する方法であって、該哺乳動物の 神経損傷または神経欠損部位に医薬上許容される担体と混合された有効量の骨形 態形成蛋白を投与することを特徴とする方法。 9.骨形態形成蛋白が、BMP−2、BMP−4、BMP−5、BMP−6、 BMP−7およびBMP−2/6ならびにBMP−2/7のヘテロダイマーから なる群より選択される請求項8の方法。 10.骨形態形成蛋白が、BMP−2、BMP−4、BMP−2/6ヘテロダ イマーおよびBMP−2/7ヘテロダイマーからなる群より選択される請求項9 の方法。 11.骨形態形成蛋白が適当なマトリックスに吸着される請求項8の方法。 12.マトリックスが人工神経代替容器内に含まれる請求項11の方法。 13.神経欠損、神経損傷または神経状態を有する哺乳動物を治療する方法で あって、該哺乳動物の神経損傷または神経欠損部位に適当なマトリックスに配合 された神経再生量の骨形態形成蛋白を投与することを特徴とする方法。 14.骨形態形成蛋白が、BMP−2、BMP−4、BMP−5、BMP−6 、BMP−7およびBMP−2/6ならびにBMP−2/7のヘテロダイマーか らなる群より選択される請求項13の方法。 15.骨形態形成蛋白が、BMP−2、BMP−4、BMP−2/6ヘテロダ イマーおよびBMP−2/7ヘテロダイマーからなる群より選択される請求項1 4の方法。 16.マトリックスが、コラーゲン、フィブリン組織接着物質、ラミニン、ヒ アルロン酸およびコンドロイチン硫酸プロテオグリカン類からなる群より選択さ れる適当な材料からなる請求項13の方法。 17.マトリックスがコラーゲンからなる請求項16の方法。 18.コラーゲンがスポンジの形態である請求項17の方法。 19.マトリックスが人工神経代替容器に適用される請求項16の方法。 20.人工神経代替容器が管、ステントまたは自己由来の移植片の形態である 請求項19の方法。 21.神経欠損または神経損傷を有する哺乳動物の治療方法であって、該哺乳 動物の該欠損または損傷部位に医薬上許容される担体と混合された神経再生量の 組み換え型ヒト・骨形態形成蛋白を投与することを特徴とする方法。
