Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.343℃より上で沸騰する炭化水素性物質の実質的な部分を含む、ロウ含有 炭化水素供給原料を、供給原料のそれと比べて減少したロウ含量を有する中間留 分生成物へと転化する方法において、該方法が、 (a)供給原料を、水素の存在下で、担体、周期律表の第VIB族及び第VIII族か ら選ばれる少なくとも一つの水素化金属成分、及び0.7〜1.5nmの範囲の 孔直径を有する大きな孔のゼオライトを含む水素化触媒と、高められた温度及び 圧力の条件下で、水素化分解ゾーン中で接触させる工程、 (b)水素化分解ゾーンからの全流出物を、水素の存在下で、メタロシリケート 及びシリコアルミノホスフェートの群から選ばれた結晶性の、中間孔サイズのモ レキュラーシーブを含みかつ0.5〜0.7nmの範囲の孔直径を有する脱ロウ 触媒と、高められた温度及び圧力の条件下で、水素化脱ロウゾーン中で接触させ る工程、及び (c)ロウ含量が減少した中間留分生成物を回収する工程、 を含む方法。 2.水素化分解触媒中の大きな孔のゼオライトがY型ゼオライトである、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.脱ロウ触媒中のモレキュラーシーブが、ZSM−5フ ァミリーのゼオライトである請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。 4.脱ロウ触媒が、第VIB族及び第VIII族から選ばれる少なくとも一つの水素化 金属成分を含む請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.減少したロウ含量の中間留分生成物の回収に先だって、水素化脱ロウゾーン からの流出物の少なくとも一部を、高められた温度及び圧力の条件下で、水素化 処理ゾーン中にて、担体及び、第VIB及び第VIII族の金属から選ばれる少なくと も一つの金属成分を含有する水素化処理触媒と接触させる、請求の範囲第1項〜 第4項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 6.高められた温度及び圧力の条件(これは、各段階で異なっても良い)が、2 60℃〜455℃の範囲の温度及び3〜21MPaの間の圧力である、請求の範 囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 7.請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか1つに記載の方法により得られた生成 物。
